Sanchez came away with a no-decision Monday against the Rays. He allowed four hits and a walk while striking out four over six scoreless innings.
Sanchez got through six innings and exited the game with the possibility of picking up his 11th win, but the bullpen couldn't hold the lead. Monday was Sanchez's fourth start this season of six or more innings without allowing a run and his first such start since June. The 27-year-old has followed up his breakout 2023 season with 16 quality starts and a 3.33 ERA through 165 innings.
