The Rangers recalled Garabito from Triple-A Round Rock on Sunday.
Garabito was optioned to Triple-A on Saturday, but he'll be eligible to rejoin the Rangers one day later after Jose Urena (shoulder) was placed on the 15-day injured list in a corresponding move. The 29-year-old right-hander will join righty Jack Leiter as a multi-inning option out of the Texas bullpen.
