Ranger Suarez (groin) was scheduled to come off the injured list to start Tuesday, but the Red Sox will instead turn to Rivera. The rookie left-hander has made three appearances for Boston this year and has given up three earned runs with a 9:4 K:BB over 9.1 innings.
