Bogaerts went 1-for-5 with a two-run homer in Friday's 5-3 victory over the Yankees.
The dynamic shortstop added to a 3-0 Red Sox lead in the sixth with a 403-foot shot to left that brought in Dustin Pedroia. Bogaerts now has two homers in his last three contests and has driven in at least one run in four straight games. After starting July with an 0-for-7 tally over the first two games of the month, Bogaerts has now hit safely in six of the subsequent eight games.
