Polanco (ankle) is not in the lineup Friday at Cleveland.
The 27-year-old was lifted from the second game of Thursday's doubleheader with ankle soreness, and he'll miss at least one game due to the injury. Luis Arraez will cover the keystone in Polanco's place Friday, while Trevor Larnach starts in left field.
