Robles (hand) is out of the lineup for Wednesday's game against the Yankees. Robles made an early exit from Tuesday's game due to a bruised right hand, and though X-rays revealed no structural damage, lingering soreness will prevent him from starting Wednesday. While Robles sits, Randy Arozarena, Julio Rodriguez and Mitch Haniger will make up Seattle's outfield trio.

Robles was removed from Tuesday's game against the Yankees with a right hand contusion. Robles was hit by a pitch during his lone plate appearance in the first inning and was caught trying to steal home plate before being lifted for a pinch hitter in the third frame. Initial X-rays on his hand came back negative, so an extended absence likely won't be necessary.

Robles (undisclosed) is batting leadoff as the designated hitter Tuesday versus the Yankees. The 27-year-old departed Sunday's matchup with the Rangers due to an unspecified injury, but he's back in the lineup following Monday's team off day. Robles has continued to carry a hot bat through the first half of September and has a .463/.549/.610 slash line with six doubles, eight steals, five RBI and 11 runs in 13 games.

Robles (undisclosed) exited Sunday's contest against the Rangers in the seventh inning, Daniel Kramer of MLB.com reports. Robles picked up a leg injury in the fourth inning while trying to beat out a groundout, ultimately staying in the game until the seventh frame. The outfielder notched his third hit of the day, an RBI single, before exiting the contest. Robles will finish Sunday 3-for-4 with the RBI, and more information on his status will likely be provided in the near future.

Robles went 2-for-5 with two doubles, two stolen bases and a run in a win over the Rangers on Saturday. After having gone 4-for-7 with three stolen bases in the first two games of the series Thursday and Friday, Robles showed no signs of letting up with Saturday's performance, when he displayed a bit more pop than usual for good measure. The 27-year-old early-June arrival has been quite the find for an otherwise frustratingly inconsistent Mariners lineup, posting a .325/.394/.469 slash line and perfect 25-for-25 tally on steal attempts in his 67 games with Seattle thus far. September is proving to be his best month yet, as Robles is now hitting .432 (16-for-37) across 12 games since the calendar flipped.
