Bradford did not factor into the decision in a win over Oakland on Wednesday, allowing one run on six hits and three walks over 3.2 innings. He struck out four. Bradford struggled with his command out of the gate, allowing two hits in each of the first two innings while also allowing a runner to advance on a wild pitch in the third. The southpaw was later relieved by Matt Festa with two outs in the fourth after the former reached 90 pitches on the night. Bradford has now failed to make it through four innings in two of his last three starts after previously going five or more innings in six straight. On a positive note, he's also given up one run or fewer in three of his last four outings.

Bradford (5-3) took the loss Wednesday, coughing up eight runs on nine hits -- including three home runs -- over 3.2 innings as the Rangers were routed 14-4 by the Diamondbacks. He struck out four without walking a batter. The southpaw gave up six extra-base hits in total, including long balls by Randal Grichuk, Eugenio Suarez and Ketel Marte. It's the first time Bradford has served up multiple homers in an outing since Aug. 3, while it's the first time he's been tagged for more than three runs since July 30. He'll look to bounce back in his next start, which lines up to come at home next week against the Blue Jays.

Bradford (5-2) allowed one run on two hits and two walks over six innings while striking out four in a win over the Angels on Thursday. Bradford was efficient and only found himself in trouble in the third inning after allowing two of the first three batters to reach base, which would lead to one run coming home for Los Angeles. He would throw three consecutive 1-2-3 innings from that point on before being relieved by Jose Leclerc to open the seventh. It marked the southpaw's fifth straight quality start and his first win in his last five outings. Over that stretch he carries a 2.81 ERA to go along with a 25:6 K:BB.

Bradford came away with a no-decision in Saturday's 3-2 win over the A's, giving up two runs on four hits over seven innings. He struck out eight without walking a batter. The southpaw reeled off his fourth straight quality start on 97 pitches (68 strikes), but Bradford left the mound with the score tied 2-2 before Leody Taveras walked it off with a single in the bottom of the ninth. Bradford posted an impressive 3.12 ERA, 0.92 WHIP and 33:5 K:BB through 34.2 innings in August, but he had just one win to show for his efforts. The Rangers expect to get Jacob deGrom (elbow) and Tyler Mahle (shoulder) back in September, and potentially even Max Scherzer (shoulder) too, but it's hard to imagine Bradford moving back to the bullpen given his current form. He lines up to make his next start at home next weekend against the Angels.

Bradford (4-2) yielded two runs (one earned) on three hits and two walks over six innings Sunday, striking out three and taking a loss against Cleveland. Bradford gave up a run in each of the first two innings but settled in to deliver his third straight quality start. After a 4-0 start through seven outings, he's lost two straight starts despite giving up just four earned runs over 13 innings during that span. He's sporting a 3.31 ERA with an impressive 44:8 K:BB through 49 innings. Bradford's next outing is projected to be at home against Oakland.
