The Twins outrighted Winder to Triple-A St. Paul on Monday, Bobby Nightengale of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports. Winder, 28, spent the bulk of the 2024 season at St. Paul posting a 6.15 ERA but a 47:13 K:BB over 41 innings. He will remain in the organization as bullpen depth.

The Twins optioned Winder to Triple-A St. Paul on Wednesday. He'll exit the active roster to clear a spot for right-hander Louie Varland, who was recalled from Triple-A in advance of his start Wednesday versus the Royals. Winder made three appearances out of the Minnesota bullpen during his latest stint in the big leagues, striking out eight batters over seven scoreless innings.

The Twins recalled Winder from Triple-A St. Paul on Monday. Winder will take Steven Okert's spot in the big-league bullpen for an undetermined amount of time as Okert tends to personal issues. Winder has made only one appearance with Minnesota this season, allowing three runs across two innings. The 27-year-old hasn't fared much better with St. Paul, posting a 6.35 ERA in 34.0 innings.

Winder was optioned to Triple-A St. Paul after Sunday's 3-2 win over the Astros, Audra Martin of Bally Sports North reports. Winder was called up Friday and appeared in the team's 13-12 loss to Houston, pitching two innings, allowing four runs (three earned) on five hits while striking out two batters. The right-hander will now have to wait for his next chance to join the major-league roster while the vacancy he leaves behind with the big-league club is expected to be filled by Chris Paddack (arm).

The Twins recalled Winder from Triple-A St. Paul on Friday. Winder has spent all of this season in the minors after recovering from a shoulder issue, having posted a 4.78 ERA and 28:8 K:BB over 26.1 innings with St. Paul. He will give the Twins a bullpen arm capable of going multiple innings.
