Angels' Lou Marson: Signs minor-league deal Friday

Lou Marson signed a minor league deal with the Los Angeles Angels on Friday, Matt Eddy of Baseball America reports.Marson has not seen significant time at the major league level since 2012 when he played in 70 games for the Indians. In addition, he has only played in 25 games combined between Double-A, Triple-A, and the MLB over the past three seasons. This move seems to be simply to increase the Angels' organizational depth.
