Luna moves on to Japan
Free agent infielder Hector Luna has agreed to sign with the Chunichi Dragons of the Japanese Central League, according to ESPN.com. Luna's one-year deal is for $450,000 plus incentives. He played for the Phillies in 2012, batting .226 with two home runs and 10 RBI in 28 games.
