Schneider calls it a career
Brian Schneider announced on Tuesday that he was retiring from baseball. The backstop compiled a career .247 average in 13 years in the majors while hitting 67 home runs with 387 RBI. It hasnt been an easy decision, but there are a lot of factors, Schneider told The Morning Call. You dont want to retire, but you think of your family and I think more than anything its physically how you feel."
