Graterol will avoid the injured list after suffering from an arm issue earlier in the week, Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times reports.

However, he threw prior to Thursday's game against the Pirates and was cleared for game action. Cardinals' Jordan Hicks: Slips up Wednesday
Hicks (1-5) took the loss and a blown save Wednesday versus the Marlins, allowing two runs (one earned) on two hits and a walk while striking out one in one-third of an inning.
