Ian Seymour RP | TB
Rays' Ian Seymour: Serving as Monday's opener
Seymour will be the Rays' opener for Monday's game against the Red Sox, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Seymour will pitch one or two innings before turning things over to right-hander Mason Englert, the latter of whom was recalled by the Rays on Wednesday. Seymour has struggled as of late, allowing seven runs (five earned) on six hits and seven walks while striking out six in 6.2 innings spanning his last four outings. His recent play on the mound has him sitting at a 5.23 ERA and 1.35 WHIP over 31 innings this season.

Samuel Aldegheri RP | LAA
Angels' Sam Aldegheri: Recalled by Halos
The Angels recalled Aldegheri from Triple-A Salt Lake on Sunday.
The move corresponds with the Angels placing right-hander Jack Kochanowicz on the 15-day injured list due to right elbow inflammation. Aldegheri has spent the majority of the 2026 season in Triple-A, where he has a 3-4 record in nine starts with a 7.24 ERA, 1.72 WHIP and 32:23 K:BB across 46 innings. He's appeared in three major-league games for the Angels this year and his last outing was this past Tuesday against the Rockies, when he tossed 5.1 scoreless innings while allowing four hits and two walks with five strikeouts. Even with Kochanowicz shelved, Aldegheri is not guaranteed to replace the former in the Angels' rotation, with Caden Dana and George Klassen also in the mix for spot starts, per Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com.

Craig Kimbrel RP | TB
Rays' Craig Kimbrel: Tosses bullpen session Saturday
Kimbrel (wrist) threw a bullpen session Saturday and is close to facing hitters, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Kimbrel landed on the 15-day injured list on May 31 due to a right wrist strain. However, the veteran right-hander expressed confidence Saturday that he'll be ready to be reinstated from the IL when eligible June 12. Kimbrel signed a major-league deal with the Rays on May 26, four days after being designated for assignment by the Mets.

Kenley Jansen RP | DET
Tigers' Kenley Jansen: Slated for rehab outing Tuesday
Jansen (pelvis) will pitch for Triple-A Toledo on Tuesday, Evan Woodbery of MLive.com reports.
Jansen landed on the 15-day injured list in late May due to pelvic inflammation. He's progressed enough in his recovery to embark on a rehab assignment and could be reinstated from the IL when eligible June 12. Prior to his injury, Jansen posted a 4.80 ERA, 1.20 WHIP, seven saves (in 11 attempts) and a 19:9 K:BB across 15 innings.

Ty Madden RP | DET
Tigers' Ty Madden: Pitches well Saturday
Madden tossed 2.2 scoreless innings of relief in Saturday's 4-0 loss to the Mariners. He allowed four hits and struck out three.
The right-hander was able to effectively scatter the four hits and give the Tigers some length after starter Keider Montero allowed four runs in his five innings. Madden began the season in a bulk-relief role and covered 11 total innings in his first two appearances of the year. He's since shifted to more of a traditional long-relief role, which he filled Saturday. No matter how Madden has been deployed, he's been effective with a 2.60 ERA and 9.9 K/9 across 17.1 innings so far, though his fantasy value is capped by his usage.

Tyler Gilbert RP | CHW
White Sox's Tyler Gilbert: Serving as opener Sunday
Gilbert will serve as the White Sox's opening pitcher for Sunday's game in Philadelphia, Brooke Fletcher of Chicago Sports Network reports.
In an effort to counter a Philadelphia offense with three key lefty hitters in Kyle Schwarber, Bryce Harper and Brandon Marsh, the White Sox will go with a left-handed opener for the second straight day. Gilbert is likely to work the first inning or two before giving way to right-hander David Sandlin, who is set to work in bulk relief after getting the start in his first two MLB appearances.

Luis Curvelo RP | TEX
Rangers' Luis Curvelo: Leaves with thigh injury Saturday
Manager Skip Schumaker said Curvelo exited Saturday's game against the Guardians with a left thigh injury, Matt Postins of SI.com reports.
Curvelo was struck on the inner thigh above the knee by a comebacker off the bat of Patrick Bailey in the top of the eighth inning and was immediately removed from the game after he fell to the ground following a bad throw to first base on the play. "He wasn't feeling really good," Schumaker said. It's unclear if Curvelo will need a stint on the injured list.

Alex Lange RP | KC
Royals' Alex Lange: Notches third save
Lange gave up a hit and struck out three in a scoreless ninth inning Saturday to record his third save of the season in a 3-2 win over the Twins.
Royals manager Matt Quatraro suggested earlier this week that he would be playing matchups in closing situations while Lucas Erceg worked through his struggles, but since then Lange has gotten three straight saves, with Saturday's coming when Kody Clemens, a left-handed power hitter, was leading off the ninth for the Twins and representing the tying run. Lange has been scored upon just once in his last 12 appearances, posting a 0.75 ERA, 1.08 WHIP and 11:3 K:BB in 12 innings, and he appears to have seized the top spot in the Kansas City bullpen.

Grant Taylor RP | CHW
White Sox's Grant Taylor: Secures second save
Taylor struck out three batters in a perfect inning to earn the save in Saturday's 6-3 win over the Phillies.
Taylor was summoned to protect a three-run lead in the ninth inning and struck out the side on 14 pitches to earn his second save of the year. Seranthony Dominguez appeared in the eighth inning Saturday and threw just 11 pitches, but the White Sox opted to go with Taylor, who hadn't pitched since Wednesday. The 24-year-old has been fantastic this season, posting a 1.93 ERA, 1.04 WHIP and 50:9 K:BB with two saves and four holds across 32.2 innings.

Luinder Avila RP | KC
Royals' Luinder Avila: Stingy in no-decision
Avila didn't factor into the decision Saturday, allowing one run on two hits and three walks over five innings in a 3-2 victory over the Twins. He struck out three.
The 24-year-old right-hander was lifted after 70 effective pitches (46 strikes) with the score tied 1-1, denying Avila his second win of the season. He's looked good since rejoining the Royals in late April, posting a 2.84 ERA, 1.26 WHIP and 22:15 K:BB through 25.1 innings over his last 10 appearances (three starts). Avila will look to keep rolling in his next outing, which is set to come at home next weekend against the Astros.
