Sanchez was recalled from Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Wednesday.

Sanchez made five appearances (one start) for the Phillies earlier in the year, and he posted a 5.84 ERA and 1.30 WHIP in 12.1 innings. Although he worked mainly as a starter in the minors, he'll likely serve as a multi-inning reliever to begin his current stint with the Phillies.

The Marlins recalled Cabrera from Triple-A Jacksonville ahead of Wednesday's doubleheader with the Rockies in Colorado, Jordan McPherson of the Miami Herald reports. He'll start in the first game of the twin bill, according to McPherson.

Cabrera was in line to receive a call-up to start Tuesday's contest, but the game was postponed due to inclement weather in Denver. Rather than reordering their rotation as a result of the postponement, the Marlins will instead push each of their other four starters back a day in the pitching schedule, allowing Cabrera to start one half of the twin bill. If Cabrera fares well against the Rockies, he'll have a good chance at sticking around as the Marlins' fifth starter moving forward with both Jesus Luzardo (forearm) and Cody Poteet (elbow) on the injured list. Over his five outings with Jacksonville this season, Cabrera has turned in a 4.56 ERA, 1.38 WHIP and 32:12 K:BB across 23.2 innings.

The Rockies reinstated Senzatela (back) from the 15-day injured list ahead of his scheduled start in the first game of Wednesday's doubleheader with the Marlins.

Even though Senzatela was roughed up for four earned runs on eight hits and a walk over four innings in his rehab start Friday with Triple-A Albuquerque, the Rockies felt comfortable enough with how the right-hander checked out of the outing physically to bring him back from the IL. Since he built up to 77 pitches in the rehab start, Senzatela shouldn't face any major restrictions from a workload standpoint as he slots back into the Colorado rotation for the first time since May 16.

Williams (1-3) picked up the win in Tuesday's 10-0 rout of the Nationals, allowing three hits and two walks over five scoreless innings while striking out one.

The right-hander wasn't dominant, but he didn't give up much hard contact as all three hits off him were singles, and the Mets' offense did the rest. Williams also lasted five innings for the first time in four starts and nine appearances this season, giving him a rosier fantasy outlook if he can continue to last long enough to qualify for wins while acting as a stopgap in New York's injury-plagued rotation. He'll take a 3.58 ERA, 1.19 WHIP and 23:6 K:BB through 27.2 innings into his next outing.

Corbin (1-8) took the loss Tuesday, surrendering seven runs on 12 hits and two walks over 4.1 innings as the Nationals were routed 10-0 by the Mets. He struck out six.

Only one player in the majors has as many losses as the left-hander, and that's his teammate Joan Adon -- which just about sums up the Nats' season to date. Corbin has given up five runs or more in three of his last four starts and six of 11 on the year, leaving him with a brutal 6.96 ERA and 1.79 WHIP to go with a 48:24 K:BB through 54.1 innings.

Suarez didn't factor into the decision during Tuesday's loss to the Giants after giving up two runs on five hits over 4.1 innings. He had five strikeouts and three walks.

Suarez started off with four scoreless frames, but he stumbled during the fifth inning and was pulled after allowing a pair of singles, both of which came around to score after his departure. The left-hander threw only 58 of his 100 pitches for strikes and issued at least three walks for the fourth time this year. Tuesday's outing was the third consecutive appearance in which Suarez failed to complete five innings, and he now has a 4.69 ERA, 1.56 WHIP and 42:22 K:BB over 48 innings this season.

Urias (3-5) allowed four runs on eight hits and a walk with eight strikeouts in six innings, taking the loss Tuesday versus the Pirates.

Urias was tagged early, giving up a pair of two-run home runs to Michael Chavis and Tucupita Marcano in the first two innings. The southpaw settled in after that, but the Dodgers couldn't tie the game. With 70 of his 91 pitches going for strikes, Urias had better command than in his last start, an encouraging sign going forward. The 25-year-old has a 2.89 ERA, 1.11 WHIP and 41:12 K:BB across 53 innings in 10 starts this year. He lines up for a tough home start versus the Mets this weekend.

Keller (2-5) earned the win Tuesday versus the Dodgers. He allowed two runs on two hits and five walks with five strikeouts in five innings.

The damage on Keller's line came in the form of a two-run home run by Trea Turner, but he was able to pitch around a lack of command. This was one of Keller's more effective starts this season, but he's pitched more productively out of the bullpen. The right-hander has a 5.77 ERA, 1.56 WHIP and 37:20 K:BB through 43.2 innings across 10 outings (eight starts). It's unclear if Tuesday's start will earn him another turn through the rotation, but off days Thursday and Monday mean the Pirates won't need a fifth starter until some time next week.

Morton allowed four runs on four hits and two walks with five strikeouts in five innings in a no-decision versus Arizona on Tuesday.

Morton lasted long enough to qualify for the win, but Atlanta's bullpen couldn't maintain the lead. Christian Walker took Morton deep for a two-run home run in the first inning, and Arizona was able to scrape together two more runs that were charged to the starter in the sixth. Morton has only completed six innings once this season, posting a lackluster 5.47 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and 46:22 K:BB across 49.1 innings in 10 starts this year. He's projected to make his next start in Colorado this weekend, which is an unfavorable matchup.

Alexander will be promoted from Triple-A Nashville to start Wednesday's game against the Cubs, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports.

The 29-year-old inked a minor-league deal with Milwaukee during the offseason and will now receive his first opportunity in the majors. Alexander has pitched well through nine appearances for Nashville this season with a 2.64 ERA, 1.10 WHIP and 33:12 K:BB over 47.2 innings. The right-hander could receive another look through the rotation with a strong performance Wednesday since Brandon Woodruff (ankle) and Freddy Peralta (lat) are both on the injured list.
