  • Micic provided 19 points (5-10 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 7-8 FT), two assists and two rebounds across 21 minutes for Serbia in Saturday's 93-83 win over Germany in the bronze medal game of the Paris Olympics. Micic tied Nikola Jokic for the game high in points as Serbia secured a trip atop the podium. The 30-year-old produced his best outing of the Olympic Games, and it came at the right time for Serbia as it defeated Germany, the 2023 FIBA World Cup Champions. Micic was a solid third option for the squad, and he averaged 13.5 points, 4.5 assists and 2.3 rebounds across 22.0 minutes per game in six Olympic matches.

  • Micic accumulated 15 points (5-8 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 22 minutes in Serbia's 96-85 win over South Sudan in the Paris Olympics on Saturday. Micic was the clear No. 3 option behind Nikola Jokic and Bogdan Bogdanovic in Serbia's victory. The 30-year-old averaged 13.0 points, 5.3 assists and 3.0 rebounds across 21.7 minutes in three group-phase contests. Micic's ability to move the rock and spread the floor will be crucial for Serbia as they enter the Olympic quarterfinals.

  • Coach Steve Clifford said Micic will start but play limited minutes during Sunday's game against the Cavaliers, Sam Perley of the Hornets' official site reports. While the rest of Charlotte's starters -- outside of Tre Mann -- will sit out the regular-season finale, Micic will start but play limited minutes. Micic has struggled over his last three appearances, but overall, he shined after moving into the starting lineup in early March. Over 20 straight starts, Micic has averaged 12.3 points, 6.5 assists, 2.5 rebounds and 0.9 steals in 30.6 minutes per game.

  • Micic ended Sunday's 121-118 loss to the Thunder with 17 points (6-12 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 1-2 FT), one rebound, 10 assists and one steal over 31 minutes. Micic has been thriving in a starting role for the rebuilding Hornets, and he's turning more than a few heads with his play, particularly his passing ability and overall vision. This was Micic's third double-double over his last six games, and he's dished out at least eight assists in each of those six outings as well.

  • Micic notched 14 points (4-9 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), five rebounds, nine assists and one steal over 35 minutes during Friday's 124-115 victory over Orlando. Micic fell one assist short of a double-double, continuing his strong end to the season. Although he has missed a handful of games, Micic has been a great source of assists and steals. The Hornets are playing for nothing at this point, so Micic should continue to log heavy minutes anytime he steps onto the floor.
