Jones (head) is available for Monday's game against the Mavericks, Jim Eichenhofer of the Pelicans' official site reports. Jones took a shot to the face during Saturday's win over the Pacers which ended his night early. That resulted in a migraine, but he has since been able to clear his questionable tag. He's unlikely to face any restrictions against Dallas.

He's day-to-day, however, and it's likely that he's re-evaluated after the morning shootaround. Micah Peavy and Karlo Matkovic could end up seeing more minutes at forward if Jones is unable to play through the migraine.

Jones has been ruled out for the remainder of Saturday's game against the Pacers due to a head injury. Jones got hit in the face during the first half and briefly went back to the locker room before returning to the bench. However, the issue will prevent him from finishing the contest. He'll end with five points (2-6 FG, 1-2 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists and one steal across 12 minutes. Jordan Poole started the second half in Jones' place, and Micah Peavy or Karlo Matkovic could see more playing time as well. Jones' next chance to play will come Monday against Dallas.

Jones totaled 18 points (7-14 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, three assists, one block and eight steals in 38 minutes before fouling out of Thursday's 133-128 overtime win over Houston. Jones showed exactly why he's going to be in such high demand at the trade deadline, and that's if the Pelicans decide to move him -- there's been no indication of that from New Orleans yet. Jones recorded a career-high eight steals in the comeback win and continues to provide a huge lift on both ends of the court since returning from injury.

If the 27-year-old forward returns, Micah Peavy and Bryce McGowens will likely see a dip in minutes. Jones has averaged 8.0 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.6 steals in 30.0 minutes per game over his last five appearances, though he could face restrictions if he's cleared to return.
