Gilgeous-Alexander won't play Sunday against the Jazz due to left elbow bursitis. This injury comes out of nowhere for the reigning MVP. There's been no mention of this issue previously, and it's certainly possible that the Thunder are simply looking to give him a maintenance day. More clarity can be expected after the weekend, but for now, he can be considered questionable for Wednesday's matchup against the Suns. With Gilgeous-Alexander out, the Thunder will likely lean more heavily on Cason Wallace and Ajay Mitchell, while Chris Youngblood could enter the rotation.

Gilgeous-Alexander racked up 33 points (10-12 FG, 2-2 3Pt, 11-12 FT), five rebounds, six assists and one block over 29 minutes during Friday's 132-111 victory over Dallas. Gilgeous-Alexander was excellent against Dallas, needing only 29 minutes and 12 field-goal attempts to rack up 33 points. This game marked his 19th with 30 or more points. Through 23 games, Gilgeous-Alexander is shooting a career-best 44.3 percent from behind the arc while attempting nine free throws per game. On the defensive end, Gilgeous-Alexander failed to register a steal, which ended a streak of 13 in a row with at least one.

Gilgeous-Alexander supplied 38 points (13-21 FG, 5-6 3Pt, 7-10 FT), three rebounds, four assists and one steal in 36 minutes during Tuesday's 124-112 win over Golden State. 18 of Gilgeous-Alexander's points came in the first half, when it appeared his team may run away with the game. The Warriors stormed back in the third, forcing Gilgeous-Alexander to pour in another 20 points in the second half. The reigning MVP has played in all 22 of Oklahoma City's games so far, scoring 30 or more points in all but four of those contests.

Gilgeous-Alexander posted 26 points (8-15 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 10-12 FT), five assists, four rebounds and a steal in 35 minutes during Sunday's 123-115 win over the Trail Blazers. Gilgeous-Alexander was struggling to reach his standard for most of Sunday's contest, sitting at 16 points with just four minutes to go. He was able to come alive down the stretch, however, pouring in 10 points over those four minutes to seal the victory. Gilgeous-Alexander snapped his streak of five straight 30-plus-point outings but continued his historic streak of 20-point games, which now sits at 93 straight.

Gilgeous-Alexander posted 37 points (10-20 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 14-17 FT), three rebounds, eight assists and a steal across 36 minutes in Friday's 123-119 win over the Suns. Gilgeous-Alexander stepped up time and time again when the Thunder needed him the most, and he finished with another impressive stat line. The 2024-25 regular season MVP has been on a tear of late, and this was his fifth consecutive outing with at least 30 points. Incredibly, this is only his second-longest streak of the campaign. He already scored at least 30 points in seven straight outings between Oct. 28 and Nov. 9 in the early stages of the 2025-26 regular season.
