Brown is nearing his season debut after completing his recovering from arthroscopic knee surgery, but he still needs more time to get fully ramped up before the Raptors give him the green light to play. After Thursday's contest, the Raptors won't play again until Monday versus Chicago, so Brown could put himself in position to suit up next week if he's able to get in a couple more practices over the weekend.

Brown has yet to make his season debut while recovering from an arthroscopic right knee surgery he underwent in September. However, the 28-year-old has resumed on-court work and is working to regain conditioning before the Raptors clear him to play. Brown averaged 9.6 points, 3.8 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 0.7 steals across 26.0 minutes over his appearances with the Raptors last season after coming over in a trade with the Pacers.
