Sixers sign rookie Jahlil Okafor

The Philadelphia 76ers signed first-round pick Jahlil Okafor on Tuesday, the team announced. Okafor, 19, was the No. 3 overall pick in the 2015 NBA Draft. He averaged 17.3 points and 8.5 rebounds in his lone college season.
