  • Warriors' Quinten Post: Scores career-high 22 points

Post had 22 points (9-16 FG, 4-10 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists and three blocks over 35 minutes during Sunday's 110-107 loss to the Knicks.

With the Warriors extremely shorthanded, Post returned to the starting lineup Sunday after coming off the bench in Friday's loss to the Timberwolves. Even though he had the assignment of dealing with Karl-Anthony Towns, who posted a 17-point, 12-rebound double-double, Post still had a strong scoring line and delivered a new career-high mark in points while hitting the 20-point threshold for the first time this season. Post has scored in double digits in his last five starts. He could be a player worth keeping close tabs on, although his playing time will be tied to the availability of Draymond Green (back), Kristaps Porzingis (illness) and Al Horford (calf).

  • Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns: Posts double-double

Towns provided 17 points (7-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 31 minutes during Sunday's 110-107 victory over Golden State.

Towns returned to his regular starting role after a one-game absence Friday against Indiana due to bilateral knee soreness. He didn't miss a beat and delivered another strong performance. This was Towns' seventh double-double in eight appearances this month, averaging 20.6 points, 12.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while shooting an impressive 61.9 percent from the floor.

  • Luke Kornet C | SA

Spurs' Luke Kornet: Out for Monday

Kornet is out for Monday's game against the Clippers due to right knee soreness.

Knee soreness seems to be a new issue for Kornet, presumably stemming from Saturday's game against the Hornets. Kelly Olynyk figures to serve as backup center to Victor Wembanyama while Kornet is sidelined.

  • Warriors' Kristaps Porzingis: Expected to play Monday

Porzingis (illness) is expected to play in Monday's game against the Wizards, Sam Gordon of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

Head coach Steve Kerr stated ahead of Sunday's contest that although Porzingis is out for Sunday, he is expected to be available for the second half of the back-to-back set. In his last two appearances, Porzingis is averaging 18.5 points, 4.0 rebounds, 2.5 blocks, 2.0 assists and 1.0 steals in 21.0 minutes per contest.

  • Drew Eubanks C | SAC

Kings' Drew Eubanks: To undergo surgery

Eubanks will have surgery to repair a torn UCL in his left thumb, Matt George of ABC 10 Sacramento reports Sunday.

Eubanks sustained a torn UCL in his left thumb during Wednesday's game against the Hornets, which will require surgery. A timetable for his return will likely become clearer following the surgery, which is set to occur Wednesday. Maxime Raynaud and Dylan Cardwell figure to get ample run at the five spot for as long as Eubanks is sidelined, which seems likely to be the remainder of the regular season.

  • Santi Aldama C | MEM

Grizzlies' Santi Aldama: To undergo season-ending procedure

Aldama will undergo a season-ending arthroscopic procedure and receive an orthobiologic injection to address discomfort in his right knee, Brett Siegel of ClutchPoints.com reports.

Aldama, who has not appeared in a game since Feb. 4, will undergo a season-ending procedure to address his right knee injury. The fifth-year pro set career highs in points per game, rebounds per game and minutes per game this season, averaging 14.0 points, 6.7 rebounds and 2.9 assists in 27.9 minutes per contest across 43 appearances. He is expected to make a full recovery.

  • Knicks' Mitchell Robinson: Headed to bench

Robinson will come off the bench for Sunday's game versus the Warriors.

Karl-Anthony Towns (knee) is starting, pushing Robinson back to the second unit. Through 34 games as a reserve this season, Robinson owns averages of 5.8 points, 8.8 rebounds and 1.1 blocks per contest.

  • Warriors' Quinten Post: Getting starting nod

Post will start Sunday's game against the Knicks.

Post enters the starting lineup due to Draymond Green (back), Al Horford (calf) and Kristaps Porzingis (illness) being out of the lineup. In his last start, Post recorded 10 points, four rebounds, two assists and a steal in 25 minutes. He will be supplemented by recent addition Omer Yurtseven at the five Sunday.

  • Ivica Zubac C | IND

Pacers' Ivica Zubac: Comes close to double-double

Zubac chipped in 10 points (4-10 FG, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds and two assists in 24 minutes during Sunday's 134-123 loss to the Bucks.

Zubac has suited up in three straight games for the Pacers, and while the early numbers haven't been eye-popping, there are some positives to highlight. He's scored in double digits in his past two outings while logging at least 24 minutes, which is an uptick from the 16-minute cameo he made in his season debut against the Suns on Thursday. Zubac should grow more and more comfortable as he gets more minutes under his belt, but he's a risky fantasy option right now. Even if he holds a starting role, the change to a new environment and his lengthy absence mean he likely won't produce at the same rate he did when he was a member of the Clippers, where he also had a more stable offensive role.

  • Al Horford C | GS

Warriors' Al Horford: Will be re-evaluated in one week

An MRI confirmed a minor right calf strain for Horford and he will be re-evaluated in one week, Danny Emerman of SFStandard.com reports.

Horford is set to miss at least the next five games, and it's important to note that while he'll be re-evaluated in one week, that doesn't mean he will return at that point. Quinten Post figures to be more involved in the rotation while Horford is sidelined.
