Jazz's John Collins: Questionable to face Sacramento

Collins is questionable to face the Kings on Sunday due to back spasms, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.

Collins is coming off his best performance of the season after putting up 30 points in Friday's loss to the Rockets, but considering Utah doesn't have anything to play for in the final two weeks of the season, the Jazz could be cautious with the veteran power forward. If he can't go Sunday, then Walker Kessler could be in line to enter the starting lineup.

  • Nikola Jokic C | DEN

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Probable for Sunday

Jokic (hip/wrist) is probable for Sunday's game against the Cavaliers.

Jokic is battling inflammation in his left hip and his right wrist. He looked noticeably uncomfortable Friday against Minnesota, yet still managed to score 32 points with 10 rebounds, five assists, two steals and one block.

  • Rudy Gobert C | MIN

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Questionable for Sunday

Gobert is questionable to face the Bulls on Sunday due to a rib injury.

Gobert has been dealing with rib problems in recent weeks, and while the questionable tags cast some doubts regarding his availability for Sunday, he is expected to continue playing while handling his regular workload. Gobert is averaging 14.4 points, 14.1 rebounds and 2.4 blocks per game in March.

  • Wizards' Richaun Holmes: Questionable against Miami

Holmes (toe) is questionable for Sunday's game versus Miami.

Holmes was unable to play Friday against the Pistons and remains day-to-day with a toe contusion. If Holmes is unable to play, Marvin Bagley could draw another start after he finished with 15 points (7-9 FG, 1-1 3Pt), 11 rebounds, one assist and two blocks in 27 minutes versus Detroit.

  • Lakers' Anthony Davis: Iffy for Sunday

Davis is questionable for Sunday's game against the Nets with a left knee hyperextension, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports.

Davis was previously playing through bilateral Achilles soreness, but it's his knee that's been giving him issues lately. He's played through two straight questionable tags, however, and he was very productive in those outings as well.

  • Knicks' Mitchell Robinson: Iffy against Thunder

Robinson is listed as questionable for Sunday's game versus the Thunder due to a sprained left ankle.

Robinson has played in New York's previous two contests after missing 51 straight games while recovering from left ankle surgery. However, the 25-year-old center appeared to aggravate his injury against San Antonio, as he could be seen limping in overtime. If Robinson is ruled out, Isaiah Hartenstein (wrist) and Precious Achiuwa will likely receive increased playing time.

  • Knicks' Isaiah Hartenstein: Probable to face Oklahoma City

Hartenstein is probable to play Sunday against the Thunder despite a right wrist sprain.

Hartenstein has started 14 games in a row, and while his status is in doubt to face Chet Holmgren and the Thunder on Sunday, the fact that he is listed as probable suggests he has a good chance of being available. Hartenstein is averaging 9.3 points and 7.8 rebounds per game since the beginning of March.

  • Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Set to ramp up workload

Coach Mike Brown said Saturday that Sabonis will likely see an increase in playing time over the last nine games of the season, Brenden Nunes of KHTK Sactown Sports 1140 reports.

The Kings currently sit in eighth in the Western Conference with a 42-31 record, meaning they will likely have to go through the Play-In Tournament to advance in the playoffs. With Kevin Huerter (shoulder) and Malik Monk (knee) both potentially out for the season, Sacramento will lean on De'Aaron Fox and Sabonis even more down the stretch. Fantasy managers can expect Sabonis to see an uptick from his season average of 35.8 minutes per contest.

  • Trail Blazers' Deandre Ayton: Posts 18 points in return

Ayton (elbow) tallied 18 points (9-15 FG, 0-1 3Pt), eight rebounds, one assist and one steal across 25 minutes in Friday's 142-82 loss to the Heat.

Though the Trail Blazers were a minus-32 with Ayton on the court in his return from a four-game absence due to left elbow tendinitis, the veteran center at least managed to produce respectably enough for fantasy managers on a per-minute basis. Given Portland's status as a non-contender, Ayton could be at risk of further absences over the final two weeks of the regular season, whether due to the elbow issue or another minor injury.

  • John Collins PF | LAC

    Jazz's John Collins: Scores season-high 30 points

Collins closed with 30 points (10-14 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 11 rebounds, two blocks and one steal across 30 minutes during Friday's 101-100 loss to the Rockets.

Collins delivered his best scoring output of the campaign, and he's ending the season on a strong note, posting 20 or more points in three of his last four appearances. The veteran big man is averaging 19.0 points and 8.4 rebounds per game in March and has established himself as a reliable scoring option for the Jazz. He shares the scoring duties with the likes of Collin Sexton and Lauri Markkanen (shoulder).
