  • Bam Adebayo PF | MIA

Heat's Bam Adebayo: Probable for Friday

Adebayo is probable for Friday's matchup at the Pistons despite a lower-back contusion, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.

Adebayo emerged from Wednesday's 100-88 home loss to the Nuggets with a bruised back, but it's not expected to prevent him from appearing in his 40th straight game. The All-Star center is in the middle of a five-game cold stretch, averaging just 14.0 points on 40.6 percent shooting from the field and 52.0 percent from the free-throw line. Encouragingly, he's still put up 11.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.6 steals and 1.0 blocks in 34.4 minutes per game during that span. Even though Adebayo is likely to play, the Heat will still be shorthanded, as Tyler Herro (foot) and Kevin Love (heel) remain on the shelf.

  • Wizards' Richaun Holmes: Ruled out Thursday

Holmes (toe) won't play in Thursday's game versus the Rockets.

Holmes will miss his third straight game Thursday due to a left toe sprain. His next chance to suit up is Saturday's matchup with Chicago.

  • Trail Blazers' Deandre Ayton: Scores season-high 33 points

Ayton had 33 points (15-20 FG, 3-4 FT), 19 rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in 40 minutes during Wednesday's 106-102 victory over the Hawks.

Anfernee Simons led the way for the Trail Blazers in the scoring column, but Ayton was massive on both ends of the court and delivered his best performance of the campaign. The 33 points were a season-high mark for him, and it was also the fourth time he grabbed 19 or more boards -- with two of those coming during the current month. Ayton is averaging 21.4 points and 13.8 rebounds across his last 10 appearances.

  • Clint Capela C | HOU

Hawks' Clint Capela: Records double-double in loss

Capela posted 13 points (6-9 FG, 1-5 FT), 14 rebounds, one assist and two steals in 27 minutes during Wednesday's 106-102 loss to the Trail Blazers.

Capela was active on both ends of the court en route to his third consecutive double-double, and he's now achieved that feat in four of his six appearances this month. Capela might be experiencing a decrease in both numbers and usage rate, but he's still on pace to average a double-double for the seventh straight season, which speaks volumes of his consistency.

  • Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: New career high in double-doubles

Allen accumulated 17 points (8-13 FG, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and two blocks across 32 minutes during Wednesday's 116-95 victory over the Pelicans.

The double-double was the 33rd of the season for Allen, a new career high, and his fifth in the last six games. The 25-year-old center is averaging 19.8 points, 13.0 boards, 2.3 assists and 1.3 blocks over that stretch while shooting 57.1 percent from the floor, but with Donovan Mitchell now back in the lineup, Allen likely won't need to carry as much of the scoring load for the Cavs.

  • Warriors' Trayce Jackson-Davis: Sniffs double-double

Jackson-Davis chipped in 10 points (5-9 FG), nine rebounds, one assist and one block over 25 minutes during Wednesday's 109-99 loss to the Mavericks.

Jackson-Davis finished just one rebound shy of recording a double-double, and he continues to impact both ends of the court as a starter. All signs point to him keeping that role for the foreseeable future, as the Warriors are not expected to tweak their lineup until Stephen Curry (ankle) is ready to return.

  • Mavericks' Dereck Lively: Close to double-double off bench

Lively notched 12 points (6-8 FG), eight rebounds and two blocks across 20 minutes during Wednesday's 109-99 win over the Warriors.

Lively missed just two shots from the field and came just two rebounds shy of recording a double-double despite logging just 20 minutes off the bench. Lively lost his starting role at the hands of Daniel Gafford, who's riding an unprecedented efficient stretch, but Lively should continue to see decent minutes off the bench. The move to a bench role certainly limits his fantasy upside going forward, though.

  • Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Swats seven shots Wednesday

Gafford posted 10 points (5-5 FG), six rebounds, one assist, seven blocks and two steals across 26 minutes during Wednesday's 109-99 win over Golden State.

Gafford was efficient on both ends of the court, making each of his five field goal attempts, crashing the glass and helping defensively. Undoubtedly, the blocks tally stands out, and he ended just one shy of tying his career-high mark in that department. The efficiency also merits a mention, as he's now gone five straight games without missing a single field goal. He'll have a tough time extending that streak Thursday against Chet Holmgren and the Thunder.

  • Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Controls game in victory

Sabonis closed Wednesday's 120-107 win over the Lakers with 17 points (6-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 19 rebounds, 10 assists, one block and two steals over 38 minutes.

Sabonis fueled a 44 to 38 team rebounding advantage for Sacramento on Wednesday while facilitating with only two turnovers as the Kings notched back-to-back quality wins. He continues to profile as one of the top do-it-all players in the league.

  • Myles Turner C | MIL

Pacers' Myles Turner: Leads Indy in scoring vs. Chicago

Turner finished with 27 points (9-15 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 4-6 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one block over 34 minutes during Wednesday's 132-129 overtime loss to the Bulls.

Turner led the Pacers in scoring for the second game in a row, and his five three-point makes were his most since Jan. 19 when he went 6-for-10 from beyond the arc. Turner has shot 50 percent or better in four of his last five games and has scored 20-plus points in three of his last five appearances.
