  • Mavericks' Dwight Powell: Logs just one minute in return

Powell (eye) played one minute and turned the ball over once while recording no other statistics in Monday's 131-129 win over the Magic.

Powell was technically part of the rotation in his return from a three-game absence due to a scratched cornea, but he played only the final minute of the third quarter and was the third center to enter the contest behind starter Dereck Lively and reserve Richaun Holmes. With Dallas at full strength in the frontcourt, Powell could be deployed only situationally and may struggle to get off the bench in most games.

  • Mavericks' Dereck Lively: Records double-double Monday

Lively recorded 20 points (8-9 FG, 4-9 FT), 11 rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in 41 minutes during Monday's 131-129 victory over the Magic.

Lively posted his second double-double in seven outings since returning from his five-game absence in early January, and even though the game-to-game performances continue to lack a bit of consistency, he's firmly entrenched as Dallas' starting center due to his two-way ability. Lively is averaging 9.8 points, 8.2 rebounds, 1.8 assists and 1.3 blocks per game since the start of January.

  • Wizards' Daniel Gafford: Fills stat sheet Monday

Gafford had 16 points (6-8 FG, 4-8 FT), 13 rebounds, two assists, one block and two steals across 28 minutes during Monday's 118-113 win over the Spurs.

Gafford missed just two shots from the field and delivered his second consecutive double-double -- the first time he accomplished that feat in back-to-back appearances in 2023-24. The big man has also scored in double digits in five straight outings, and he's making his presence felt, both in real life and fantasy, despite holding a secondary role in the Wizards' offensive scheme.

  • Nets' Nic Claxton: Posts another double-double

Claxton had 11 points (5-11 FG, 1-1 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists, three blocks and one steal in 26 minutes during Monday's 147-114 victory over Utah.

Claxton has gone 12 games with double-digit points and/or double-digit rebounds, tallying nine double-doubles in that span. The two-way big man deserves serious fantasy consideration in all formats since he's capable of making an impact on both ends of the court consistently. He's averaging 13.5 points, 11.3 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.7 blocks and 1.2 steals per game since the start of January.

  • Knicks' Isaiah Hartenstein: Operating on minutes restriction

Hartenstein will be capped at 25 minutes of action during Tuesday's game against Utah, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports.

Hartenstein has logged 16 minutes in back-to-back contests since returning from Achilles soreness. Both games were lopsided affairs in favor of the Knicks, allowing the 25-year-old to not push himself. He could operate in a similar capacity Tuesday, although he appears to be ramping up.

  • Naz Reid C | MIN

Timberwolves' Naz Reid: Contributes to balanced attack

Reid produced nine points (3-10 FG, 3-5 3Pt), five rebounds and two assists over 21 minutes during Monday's 107-101 win over the Thunder.

Reid was scoreless from inside the arc Monday, which is an uncharacteristic feat against an undersized Oklahoma City frontcourt. Notably, Reid is taking a career-high 49.6 percent of his 9.5 shots per game from deep.

  • Luke Kornet C | SA

Celtics' Luke Kornet: Doubtful for Tuesday

Kornet (hamstring) is doubtful for Tuesday's game against the Pacers, John Karalis of BostonSportsJournal.com reports.

This is unfortunate news for Boston, as Al Horford is resting Tuesday and Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) is questionable. Sam Hauser could see more run Tuesday, and he fared well Monday against the Pelicans with 11 points, one assist, one steal and three triples in 26 minutes.

  • Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Iffy for Tuesday

Porzingis (ankle) is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Pacers, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.

Porzingis has missed back-to-back games and three of Boston's last four contests due to a left ankle sprain. Al Horford (neck) is out and Luke Kornet (hamstring) is doubtful, so if Porzingis is sidelined again, Boston's frontcourt will be shorthanded versus Indiana.

  • Al Horford C | GS

Celtics' Al Horford: Won't play Tuesday

Horford (neck) has been ruled out for Tuesday's game against the Pacers, Taylor Snow of the Celtics' official site reports.

As expected, Horford will take a seat Tuesday after playing 36 minutes as a starter during Monday's win over New Orleans. Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) is questionable, while Luke Kornet (hamstring) is doubtful, so Boston's frontcourt may be shorthanded versus Indiana. Horford's next chance to suit up will come Thursday versus the Lakers.

  • Bam Adebayo PF | MIA

Heat's Bam Adebayo: Three rejections against Phoenix

Adebayo closed with eight points (3-9 FG, 2-2 FT), 11 rebounds, five assists, three blocks and one steal over 35 minutes during Monday's 118-105 loss to the Suns.

While he fell one bucket short of a double-double, Adebayo still pulled down 10 or more boards for the 11th time in 15 games this month. The 26-year-old center is making a bigger impact than usual on the defensive end -- he's recorded multiple rejections three times in the last 11 games, including a career-high six against the Grizzlies on Jan. 24. During that stretch, he's averaged 17.6 points, 11.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 1.4 blocks.
