  • Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Dominant double-double off bench

Sabonis logged 24 points (9-14 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 5-5 FT), 16 rebounds, six assists and one steal over 31 minutes during Friday's 123-118 loss to the Cavaliers.

Sabonis was brought off the bench for Friday's contest while continuing to manage a left knee injury that caused him to miss 27 straight games. The veteran big man ended up leading the Kings in both points and rebounds while finishing second in assists behind Malik Monk (seven), and it was the former's first double-double since Nov. 16 against the Spurs. The fact that Sabonis played 31 minutes is an encouraging sign, and he could re-enter the starting lineup for Sunday's game against the Pistons.

  • Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Lives at charity stripe Friday

Allen racked up 15 points (3-6 FG, 9-10 FT), nine rebounds, one block and two steals over 34 minutes during Friday's 123-118 win over the Kings.

Allen attempted only six field goals during Friday's win but still reached double-digit points thanks to his season-high nine made free throws. He has logged nine rebounds in each of his last three games and has gone six contests without recording a double-double. Since Jan. 2, Allen has averaged 12.6 points, 8.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.8 blocks over 31.1 minutes per game.

  • Hornets' Ryan Kalkbrenner: Available Saturday

Kalkbrenner (wrist) is available for Saturday's game against the Wizards.

Kalkbrenner popped up on Friday's injury report due to a right wrist sprain, but he has been given the green light to play in Saturday afternoon's contest. In his seven outings (one start) since returning from a 10-game absence, the rookie second-rounder has averaged 8.7 points, 5.9 rebounds and 0.9 assists over 20.0 minutes per game.

  • Knicks' Ariel Hukporti: Recalled by New York

Hukporti was recalled by the Knicks on Friday.

Hukporti had a brief stint with the Westchester Knicks in the G League but has already returned to the NBA roster. The big man is averaging 1.6 points and 2.8 boards per game in 29 regular-season appearances for the Knicks in 2025-26.

  • Trail Blazers' Donovan Clingan: Grabs 16 boards in loss

Clingan logged 13 points (6-14 FG, 1-4 3Pt), 16 rebounds, two assists and three steals in 29 minutes during Friday's 110-98 loss to the Raptors.

Clingan recorded his fourth double-double in the past five games, continuing to deliver elite rebounding numbers on a regular basis. While the production has certainly been adequate, his lack of blocks is something that can't be overlooked. In his past six games, Clingan has tallied two total blocks, less than adequate for a player whose value is built around defensive contributions. Look for him to try and get back on track against the Celtics on Monday.

  • Myles Turner C | MIL

Bucks' Myles Turner: Swats six shots

Turner registered 17 points (7-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), seven rebounds, six blocks, two assists and one steal in 29 minutes during Friday's 102-100 loss to Denver.

Turner returned from a one-game absence due to a left ankle sprain Friday and impacted the game in multiple areas, highlighted by a season-high six blocks. Through 43 appearances in his first season with Milwaukee, the big man has swatted three-plus shots in eight contests. While Turner's scoring numbers are down compared to his final seasons in Indiana, the 29-year-old could see an uptick in usage moving forward with Giannis Antetokounmpo (ankle) potentially sidelined for an extended stretch.

  • Oso Ighodaro C | PHO

Suns' Oso Ighodaro: Solid stat line Friday

Ighodaro provided eight points (4-7 FG), seven rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block over 27 minutes during Friday's 110-103 loss to the Hawks.

Ighodaro logged 22-plus minutes for the fourth time in his last five games and turned in an efficient performance Friday. The second-year center also grabbed a team-high seven rebounds after averaging just 3.0 boards per game over his previous eight outings. Additionally, he tallied multiple steals for the 11th time through 46 regular-season appearances (seven starts).

  • Hawks' Onyeka Okongwu: Paces Atlanta in win

Okongwu finished Friday's 110-103 win over the Suns with 25 points (9-15 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 4-4 FT), five rebounds, five assists and two steals in 36 minutes.

Okongwu turned in another efficient performance en route to a team-high 25 points, and he knocked down at least three triples for the fourth time in his last five outings. After finishing with four points on 0-of-6 shooting from the field in Monday's loss to Milwaukee, the big man has totaled 43 points while shooting 60.0 percent from the field over his last two games. He has reached the 20-point mark in two of his last five appearances, during which he has averaged 18.8 points, 8.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.8 steals in 33.6 minutes per game.

  • Jock Landale C | ATL

Grizzlies' Jock Landale: Double-double in defeat

Landale posted 24 points (11-18 FG, 2-5 3Pt), 11 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 32 minutes during Friday's 133-127 loss to the Pelicans.

Landale returned to the starting lineup after coming off the bench in the previous two games and turned in one of his strongest performances of the season despite the loss. Friday marked the big man's seventh double-double and fifth 20-point outing of the year. In his first season with the Grizzlies, the 30-year-old has been a solid contributor, frequently stepping up in a frontcourt that's been hit hard by injuries.

  • Nets' Nic Claxton: Dealing with finger injury

Claxton sustained a right pinky finger injury during Friday's 130-126 double-overtime loss to the Celtics and is scheduled to have an MRI on Saturday, Erik Slater of ClutchPoints.com reports. He finished with 18 points (8-13 FG, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and two blocks across 39 minutes.

It's unclear when Claxton injured his finger, though he was able to finish Friday's contest. The big man was Brooklyn's third-leading scorer and tied the team-high mark in rebounds. His status will be worth monitoring ahead of Sunday's game against the Clippers, and if he's unable to suit up, Day'Ron Sharpe would likely get the starting nod.
