  • Clint Capela C | HOU

Rockets' Clint Capela: Logs 12 minutes in win

Capela finished with six points (2-3 FG, 2-2 FT), two rebounds and one block across 12 minutes during Tuesday's 111-106 victory over the Spurs.

Steven Adams recently suffered a Grade 3 left ankle sprain and will be out indefinitely, creating an opportunity for Capela to see more minutes off the bench. But if Tuesday was any indication, the Rockets could also lean heavily on some small-ball lineups. For now, Capela is only worth monitoring in deeper formats.

  • Santi Aldama C | MEM

Grizzlies' Santi Aldama: Downgraded to doubtful

Aldama is doubtful for Wednesday's game against the Hawks with right knee soreness.

It's a downgrade from questionable for Aldama, who's not expected to play Wednesday. With Aldama likely to be unavailable, Vince Williams, GG Jackson and Jaylen Wells should all have a clearer pathway to minutes against Atlanta.

  • Nets' Day'Ron Sharpe: Available for Wednesday

Sharpe (illness) is available for Wednesday's game against the Knicks.

Sharpe was previously listed as questionable after sitting out Monday's loss to the Suns, but he will push through his illness Wednesday. The center holds averages of 9.6 points, 8.7 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 21.1 minutes over his last seven outings.

  • Rudy Gobert C | MIN

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Double-double against former club

Gobert had 11 points (5-5 FG, 1-5 FT), 10 rebounds, four blocks and two steals over 29 minutes during Tuesday's 127-122 loss to the Jazz.

Back in the lineup after sitting out the second half of a back-to-back Saturday due to a minor hip issue, Gobert looked good in his former Delta Center stomping ground and produced his 19th double-double of the season. The veteran center has pulled down double-digit boards in 10 straight games, averaging 10.1 points, 12.6 rebounds, 2.0 blocks, 1.5 assists and 1.1 steals over that stretch while shooting 72.1 percent from the floor.

  • Yang Hansen C | POR

Trail Blazers' Yang Hansen: Rejoins parent club

Portland recalled Hansen from the G League's Rip City Remix on Tuesday.

The rookie first-round pick should be available for the Trail Blazers' next game Thursday versus the Heat but is unlikely to be included in the rotation.

  • Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Grabs 10 rebounds in limited action

Sabonis chipped in six points (3-8 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 0-1 FT), 10 rebounds and three assists across 17 minutes during Tuesday's 130-117 loss to the Heat.

The Kings are taking no chances with Sabonis, and his minutes will likely be capped for at least another week. Given the conservative route taken by the team, he might be a scratch during the second half of Sacramento's back-to-back set against Toronto on Wednesday. Maxime Raynaud continues to start for the Kings, but Dylan Cardwell has been more productive off the bench.

  • Lakers' Deandre Ayton: Won't return Tuesday

Ayton (eye) won't return to Tuesday's game against the Nuggets, Jovan Buha of The Athletic reports.

Ayton sustained a left eye injury late in the second quarter and won't return during the second half. He'll finish with four points (2-5 FG) and eight rebounds in 15 minutes. The big man's next opportunity to play will come Thursday against the Clippers.

  • Jusuf Nurkic C | UTA

Jazz's Jusuf Nurkic: Triple-doubles in victory

Nurkic notched 16 points (7-11 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 18 rebounds, 10 assists, one steal and one block across 31 minutes in Tuesday's 127-122 win over the Timberwolves.

Nurkic impressed Tuesday, stuffing the stat sheet en route to his second career triple-double, with his first coming Jan. 16, 2019, when he played for Portland. The big man led all players with a season-high 18 rebounds. Additionally, he tied the game-best mark in assists, setting a new season high. Nurkic has racked up three double-doubles and a triple-double over his last five appearances, averaging 16.6 points, 14.2 rebounds and 5.4 assists per tilt during that span.

  • Lakers' Deandre Ayton: Questionable to return Tuesday

Ayton is questionable to return to Tuesday's game against the Nuggets due to a left eye injury, Daniel Starkand of LakersNation.com reports.

Ayton was hit in the eye late in the second quarter and did not start the second half. If the big man isn't cleared to return, Jaxson Hayes and Drew Timme will likely pick up the slack the rest of the way.

  • Lakers' Deandre Ayton: Remains in locker room

Ayton did not start the second half of Tuesday's game against the Nuggets due to an apparent facial injury, Thuc Nhi Nguyen of the Los Angeles Times reports.

Ayton appeared to take a hit to the face in the second quarter and has yet to leave the locker room. If the big man is unable to return, Jaxson Hayes and Drew Timme are candidates for increased burn the rest of the way.
