Mitchell Robinson C | NY
Knicks' Mitchell Robinson: Questionable for Friday
Robinson (ankle) is questionable for Friday's game against the Hawks.
Robinson is in jeopardy of missing a third consecutive contest due to left ankle injury management. Ariel Hukporti would play the backup center role behind Karl-Anthony Towns if Robinson remains out.

Clint Capela C | HOU
Rockets' Clint Capela: Out with illness
Capela (illness) is out for Thursday's game against the Nets, Sharif Phillips-Keaton of USA Today reports.
The veteran center can be labeled day-to-day ahead of Saturday's showdown with the Mavericks. Alperen Sengun's (foot) status takes on even greater importance Thursday, with Steven Adams (ankle) already ruled out as well.
-
Steven Adams C | HOU
Rockets' Steven Adams: Ruled out Thursday
Adams (ankle) won't play in Thursday's game against the Nets, Sharif Phillips-Keaton of USA Today reports.
After spraining his right ankle during Monday's 126-119 win over the Pacers, Adams is unable to play Thursday. The veteran big man can be deemed day-to-day for the time being. Dorian Finney-Smith and Josh Okogie could see a bump in minutes, but it may not be enough to warrant very much streaming upside.

Isaiah Hartenstein C | OKC
Thunder's Isaiah Hartenstein: Out again Friday
Hartenstein (calf) will not play Friday against the Warriors.
Hartenstein will be sidelined for a third straight game Friday, and he continues to be ruled out a day in advance of games. His next chance to play comes Sunday against the Suns.

Jonas Valanciunas C | DEN
Nuggets' Jonas Valanciunas: Won't play Friday
Valanciunas (calf) won't play Friday against the Cavaliers.
It's not a surprise to see this news after Valanciunas left Wednesday's game early with a calf strain, although the severity of the issue remains unclear. With Nikola Jokic (knee) already out for several weeks, the Nuggets will need guys like DaRon Holmes and Zeke Nnaji to step up.
-
Isaiah Jackson C | LAC
Pacers' Isaiah Jackson: Another absence coming
Jackson is out for Friday's game against the Spurs due to a concussion.
Jackson is still going through the league's concussion protocol, leading to a sixth straight absence. Tony Bradley should continue taking on the backup center role behind either Jay Huff or Micah Potter on Friday. Jackson's next chance to suit up comes Sunday in Orlando.

Branden Carlson C | OKC
Thunder's Branden Carlson: Expanded role Wednesday
Carlson had 12 points (5-9 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 0-2 FT), seven rebounds, one assist and one block in 20 minutes during Wednesday's 124-95 win over the Trail Blazers.
Carlson saw some decent run at center in the absences of both Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) and Jaylin Williams (heel) on Wednesday. His role hinges largely upon the availability of Oklahoma City's key players, which will be something to monitor on the Thunder's injury report prior to Friday's clash in Golden State.

Kevon Looney C | NO
Pelicans' Kevon Looney: Team-high 10 rebounds off bench
Looney recorded two points (1-5 FG, 0-1 3Pt), 10 rebounds and three assists across 18 minutes during Wednesday's 134-118 loss to the Bulls.
Rookie first-rounder Derik Queen is effectively running away with the top spot at center for the Pelicans, but that hasn't prevented Looney from getting back into the rotation as a third-string big man in the past two outings. Even so, Looney even remains behind Yves Missi, so fantasy managers may want to search elsewhere for a consistent streamer.
-
Wendell Carter Jr. C | ORL
Magic's Wendell Carter: Pulls in team-high 11 rebounds
Carter recorded six points (1-4 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-6 FT), 11 rebounds and two assists in 29 minutes during Wednesday's 112-110 victory over the Pacers.
Although he didn't provide very much from a scoring standpoint, Carter pulled down a team-high 11 boards Wednesday. The 26-year-old has been a steady fantasy option at center, having closed out the month of December with averages 12.6 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 0.8 steals in 31.3 minutes per contest over 14 games.

PJ Hall C | CHA
Hornets' PJ Hall: Fares well off bench
Hall accumulated nine points (4-6 FG, 1-2 FT), seven rebounds and two assists in 16 minutes during Wednesday's 132-125 loss to Golden State.
Hall, who signed a two-way contract with Charlotte on Christmas Eve, gave the Hornets some productive minutes as the backup center Wednesday. If Ryan Kalkbrenner (elbow) continues to miss time, Hall may continue to see increased reps off the bench.
