Sengun is questionable to return to Saturday's game against the Mavericks due to a right ankle injury, Brad Townsend of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Sengun went to the locker room at the 10:56 mark in the first quarter after landing awkwardly on his ankle. With Steven Adams (ankle) not available, Clint Capela should see the majority of the minutes at center for as long as Sengun is out of the game, and Jeff Green and Dorian Finney-Smith could also see an uptick in minutes off the bench.

Zubac will come off the bench against the Celtics on Saturday, Mark Medina of TheSportingTribune.com reports.

Zubac was cleared to return from a five-game absence due to a Grade 2 ankle sprain, well ahead of schedule given the nature of his injury. He won't be rushed back to a full workload and will operate on a minutes restriction off the bench, so Brook Lopez will likely remain in the starting lineup and Yanic Konan Niederhauser should also see some minutes in the rotation.

Sengun (ankle) went to the locker room early in the first quarter of Saturday's game against the Mavericks, Tim MacMahon of ESPN reports.

Sengun was seen clutching at his right ankle after falling awkwardly, and he has been taken to the locker room to be evaluated by medical staff to determine whether he can return to Saturday's game. Clint Capela entered the game for Sengun at the 10:56 mark of the first quarter.

Gafford is in the Mavericks' starting lineup against the Rockets on Saturday, Lachard Binkley of SI.com reports.

Gafford will start for the third time in four games Saturday, replacing Ryan Nembhard in the starting lineup to join Cooper Flagg and Anthony Davis in the frontcourt. Gafford has averaged 12.0 points, 7.3 rebounds, 1.3 blocks and 1.3 steals over 20.0 minutes per game over his last three outings.

Hukporti won't start against the 76ers on Saturday.

With Karl-Anthony Towns (illness) and Mitchell Robinson (ankle) both available and starting, Hukporti will slide to the second unit. The second-year center has averaged 1.5 points and 2.4 rebounds in 8.3 minutes per game across 17 appearances off the bench this season.

Robinson will start against the 76ers on Saturday.

After missing New York's last three games due to a left ankle injury, Robinson will join the starting five Saturday. In 11 starts so far this season, the big man has averaged 4.0 points, 8.5 rebounds and 1.2 blocks in 18.6 minutes per contest.

Hartenstein (calf) will miss Sunday's game against the Suns.

Hartenstein will be sidelined for a fourth straight game and continues to be ruled out a day in advance of games. For now, he can be considered highly questionable for Monday's game against Charlotte.

Towns (illness) will play Saturday against the 76ers.

Towns, who missed Friday's game against the Hawks, will clear his questionable tag to return from a one-game absence. With this news, it's likely that Ariel Hukporti will shift back to the second unit for New York.

Embiid (knee) is available for Saturday's game against the Knicks.

Embiid was able to shed his probable tag for this contest. Over his last two appearances, Embiid has posted averages of 28.0 points, 7.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists, 1.5 blocks and 0.5 three-pointers.
