Hukporti is out for Thursday's Summer League game against the Pacers due to a left knee sprain, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.

The severity of the injury is unknown, and Hukporti can be labeled day-to-day going forward. The 2024 second-rounder is trying to make an impression this summer for a more pronounced role ahead of 2025-26, averaging 6.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 2.0 blocks per game while shooting 58.3 percent from the field over three Summer League outings.

  • Kel'el Ware C | MIA

Heat's Kel'el Ware: Shut down for rest of Summer League

Ware (not injury related) won't play another game in the Las Vegas Summer League, Anthony Chiang of the Miami Herald reports.

Following an impressive double-double performance in Monday's win against the Celtics, Ware's stint in the Las Vegas Summer League has come to an end. The Indiana product put up some strong performances during his time in Las Vegas, showcasing why he's a rising star in the NBA with a potentially bright future ahead.

  • Yves Missi C | NO

Pelicans' Yves Missi: Doesn't suit up Wednesday

Missi (rest) didn't play in Wednesday's 95-81 Summer League loss to the Thunder.

Although Missi sat out the final three games of this past regular season due to left ankle soreness, he was able to make three Summer League appearances before the Pelicans opted to hold him out of action Wednesday. His prior availability this summer suggests he's moved past the ankle issue, and the 2024 first-rounder is set to open the new season as New Orleans' top center after starting 67 of his 73 games during his rookie year.

  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

Wizards' Alex Sarr: Will sit vs. Utah

Sarr (rest) has been ruled out for Wednesday's Summer League game against the Jazz, Chase Hughes of Monumental Sports Network reports.

Sarr will sit out a second straight game due to rest purposes and is reportedly being shut down for the remainder of Summer League, per Varun Shankar of The Washington Post. The French import's last performance July 13 against the Nets was impressive, to put it mildly. He recorded eight blocks to go along with 16 points, 12 rebounds and two assists.

  • Derik Queen C | NO

Pelicans' Derik Queen: Won't play vs. OKC

Queen (thumb) won't play during Wednesday's Summer League game against the Thunder, Will Guillory of The Athletic reports.

After recording three straight double-doubles during the Las Vegas Summer League, Queen won't play due to a thumb injury. The next chance he'll have to return to the floor will be Friday against the Pacers.

  • Yang Hansen C | POR

Trail Blazers' Yang Hansen: Flashes potential in full stat line

Hansen posted 15 points (6-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt), three rebounds, two assists, one steal and two blocks in 27 minutes during Tuesday's 93-87 Summer League win over the Pelicans.

Hansen provided a full stat line Tuesday, tying for the team lead in swats in the process. While the rookie first-rounder is a fairly raw talent, his pathway to playing time as a reserve behind starter Donovan Clingan was cleared up quite a bit by the departure of Deandre Ayton this offseason. Even so, Hansen will still need to leapfrog Robert Williams (knee) and Duop Reath for Portland's backup center role in 2025-26.

  • Jazz's Kyle Filipowski: Shut down for rest of Summer League

Filipowski has been shut down for the remainder of the Las Vegas Summer League due to rest purposes, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports Wednesday.

Filipowski dominated during the Las Vegas Summer League, including a 35-point, 11-rebound double-double during an overtime loss to the Spurs on Monday. The 2024 second-round pick had a solid rookie season, averaging 9.6 points and 6.1 rebounds on 50.2 percent shooting in 21.1 minutes across 72 regular-season games (27 starts). Filipowski could see a larger role in Year 2 after the departure of John Collins, but Utah also added Jusuf Nurkic and Kevin Love to their frontcourt depth this offseason.

  • Kings' Maxime Raynaud: Will play Wednesday

Raynaud (wrist) is available for Wednesday's Las Vegas Summer League game against the Cavaliers, Brenden Nunes of KHTK Sactown Sports 1140 reports.

After sitting out Monday's matchup with the Suns due to right wrist soreness, Raynaud will return to action Wednesday. The rookie second-round pick should see heavy usage against Cleveland. Raynaud posted 16 points (6-11 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal over 26 minutes during last Thursday's 84-81 Summer League win over the Magic.

Queen racked up 17 points (5-11 FG, 7-8 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal across 28 minutes in Tuesday's 93-87 Summer League loss to the Trail Blazers.

Queen provided a full stat line, leading the Pelicans in rebounds and tying the team high in assists. He also finished as the team's second-leading scorer. The Maryland product has now recorded a double-double in all three of his Summer League appearances, averaging 14.0 points, 11.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.0 blocks across 27.3 minutes per game.

  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

Wizards' Alex Sarr: Ruled out Tuesday

Sarr (rest) won't play in Tuesday's Summer League game against the 76ers, Chase Hughes of Monumental Sports Network reports.

Sarr will sit out the front end of the team's back-to-back set. The 20-year-old big man's next opportunity to play will come Wednesday against the Jazz. He last appeared in Sunday's win over the Nets, contributing 16 points (7-15 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 12 rebounds, eight blocks and two assists in 29 minutes.
