  • Naz Reid C | MIN

Timberwolves' Naz Reid: Efficient in victory

Reid closed Saturday's 143-101 win over the Thunder in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals with 10 points (4-6 FG, 2-3 3Pt), eight rebounds, two assists and one block over 19 minutes.

Reid delivered an efficient performance after shooting just 4-for-19 in the club's first two games of the Western Conference Finals. The big man also shot an abysmal 0-for-12 from beyond the arc in that two-game span. Over three Western Conference Finals appearances, Reid has averaged 8.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists and 1.3 blocks across 25.0 minutes per contest.

  • Thunder's Isaiah Hartenstein: Grabs six boards in defeat

Hartenstein contributed six points (3-6 FG, 0-1 FT), six rebounds and one block over 19 minutes during Saturday's 143-101 loss to Minnesota in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals.

Hartenstein received limited playing time as the Thunder fell into an early deficit, though he did record a team-high mark in rebounds. Through three Western Conference Finals appearances, the 27-year-old big man has averaged 8.0 points and 6.3 rebounds across 22.0 minutes per game.

  • Chet Holmgren PF | OKC

Thunder's Chet Holmgren: Scores 10 points in blowout loss

Holmgren had 10 points (3-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one steal across 21 minutes during Saturday's 143-101 loss to Minnesota in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals.

Holmgren reached double figures in his limited run as the Thunder fell into an early deficit. However, the big man struggled from downtown and has shot just 2-for-10 from three-point range in the club's last two outings. Through three games in the Western Conference Finals, Holmgren has averaged 15.7 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists across 26.3 minutes per contest.

  • Knicks' Mitchell Robinson: Could move to starting role

Robinson could move into a starting role for Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Pacers on Sunday, Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reports.

Some of the best moments for the Knicks in this series against the Pacers have come when Robinson is on the floor, and head coach Tom Thibodeau might aim to capitalize on that by starting the big man. It's believed that Robinson would replace Josh Hart, who struggled mightily in Game 2 on Friday, in the starting unit.

  • Knicks' Mitchell Robinson: Logs postseason-high 29 minutes

Robinson had six points (2-3 FG, 2-4 FT), nine rebounds and three blocks in 29 minutes during Friday's 114-109 loss to the Pacers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Robinson continues to play a key role for the Knicks, playing at least 29 minutes for just the second time all season. With Karl-Anthony Towns struggling on the defensive end, Robinson has seen an uptick in playing time, logging at least 20 minutes in six of the past eight games. New York will need more from its core players, now trailing 2-0 with the series shifting to Indiana for games 3 and 4.

  • Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns: Only 28 minutes in loss Friday

Towns finished Friday's 114-109 loss to the Pacers in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals with 20 points (6-14 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT) and seven rebounds across 28 minutes.

Towns played just 28 minutes in the loss, the fewest he has played thus far in the playoffs. Meanwhile, Mitchell Robinson played a postseason-high 29 minutes, with head coach Tom Thibodeau leaning into Robinson's defensive upside. Although Towns should be able to bounce back, his defensive shortcomings are proving to be an issue against the Pacers. New York will now head to Indiana for Game 3 and Game 4, which could be viewed as must-win situations.

  • Rudy Gobert C | MIN

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Disappearing act continues Thursday

Gobert racked up five points (2-5 FG, 1-2 FT), nine rebounds, one assist and one block across 30 minutes during Thursday's 118-103 loss to the Thunder in Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals.

Gobert struggled mightily, continuing what has been a disappointing postseason. Outside of one strong performance against the Lakers, Gobert has been a non-factor for the Timberwolves, typically scoring single digits while adding modest defensive contributions. Over his past 11 games, he has averaged just 8.5 points, 9.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks. Now trailing 2-0 in the series, Minnesota will head home for Games 3 and 4, where it will look to regain some momentum.

  • Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns: Big-time effort not enough

Towns logged 35 points (11-17 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 9-11 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal in 39 minutes during Wednesday's 138-135 overtime loss to the Pacers in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Towns scored a postseason-high 35 points, adding double-digit rebounds for the eighth time in the past 10 games. While both he and Jalen Brunson did everything they could to get the Knicks over the line, a late flurry by the Pacers proved too much. This will feel like one that got away for New York after having led by double digits during the final quarter. Game 2 will be in New York on Friday, with the Knicks needing to win to avoid trailing 2-0 heading back to Indiana.

  • Myles Turner C | MIL

Pacers' Myles Turner: Modest performance in Game 1 win

Turner posted 14 points (6-11 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 1-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 31 minutes during Wednesday's 138-135 overtime victory over New York in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals.

Turner scored double-digit points for the eighth straight game, although his supporting numbers were just serviceable, at best. Prior to Wednesday, Turner had blocked 12 shots in his previous four games, something the coaching staff would welcome with open arms moving forward. If he can play more of a prominent role on the defensive end, that will go a long way to helping Indiana assert its dominance. The two teams will meet again in New York on Friday.

  • Rudy Gobert C | MIN

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Struggles in Game 1 loss

Gobert provided two points (1-3 FG, 0-2 FT), three rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal in 21 minutes during Tuesday's 114-88 loss to the Thunder in Game 1 of the Western Conference Finals.

Gobert was non-existent in the loss, a worrying sign given the favorable matchup. After picking up two early fouls, Gobert was never able to find his footing, providing very little resistance. Despite what has been a successful postseason for the Timberwolves, Gobert has been largely underwhelming, at least from a production standpoint. Through 11 games, he has scored double-digits only twice, while averaging just 1.3 blocks per game.
