Thunder's Chet Holmgren: Cleared to play Sunday

Holmgren (rest) is available for Sunday's game against the Bucks.

As expected, Holmgren will return to action Sunday after sitting out Saturday's win in Detroit. Holmgren chipped in 23 points (8-14 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-7 FT), 15 rebounds, two assists and one block over 34 minutes during Wednesday's 118-112 win over Boston, but his production has been sporadic since returning from a three-game absence in early February.

  • Suns' Nick Richards: Will play Sunday

Richards (ankle) is available for Sunday's game against the Lakers.

As expected, Richards has been upgraded from probable to available and will return to action after missing two straight games. Over his last 10 appearances, Richards has averaged 12.2 points, 9.1 rebounds and 0.7 blocks in 23.8 minutes per game.

  • Jericho Sims C | MIL

    Bucks' Jericho Sims: Questionable Sunday

Sims is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Thunder due to a right thumb sprain.

The right thumb sprain is a new injury for Sims, who has made 13 consecutive appearances for Milwaukee. The big man has averaged 2.6 points and 4.9 rebounds across 15.2 minutes per contest in that 13-game span.

  • Jaxson Hayes C | LAL

Lakers' Jaxson Hayes: Returning to action Sunday

Hayes (knee) is available for Sunday's game against the Suns.

As expected, Hayes has been upgraded from probable to available and will return to action Sunday, snapping a four-game absence. Before the injury, Hayes started 16 games in a row, averaging 8.3 points, 5.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.4 blocks across 23.4 minutes per game.

  • Nets' Nic Claxton: Not listed on injury report

Claxton (rest) isn't listed on Brooklyn's injury report for Sunday's game against the Hawks, Brian Lewis of the New York Post reports.

After resting during Saturday's loss to Boston, Claxton will return to action for the second installment of this back-to-back set. Over his last eight appearances, Claxton has averaged 10.8 points, 7.1 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.5 blocks in 29.0 minutes per game.

  • Mavericks' Dwight Powell: Back to bench

Powell won't start Sunday's game against the 76ers, Grant Afseth of DallasHoopsJournal.com reports.

With P.J. Washington back in the mix, Dallas will start Naji Marshall, Kessler Edwards and Washington in the frontcourt, sending Powell to a reserve role. Over his last 10 appearances (three starts), Powell has averaged 4.1 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 15.0 minutes per game.

  • Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Big double-double in win

Sengun ended Saturday's 117-114 victory over the Bulls with 24 points (9-18 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 6-8 FT), 15 rebounds, four assists, two blocks and two steals across 37 minutes.

The double-double was his 39th of the season and third in the last four games, and Sengun appears to be fully recovered from the back issue that may have hampered his rebounding earlier in the month. During that four-game stretch, the fourth-year center has averaged 18.5 points, 12.0 boards, 4.8 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.8 blocks while shooting 56.0 percent from the floor.

  • Raptors' Colin Castleton: Inks second 10-day pact

The Raptors signed Castleton to a second 10-day contract Sunday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports.

The big man will stick around in Toronto for at least another week and a half after he participated in each of the Raptors' five games upon signing his initial 10-day deal. In those five contests, Castleton averaged 7.0 points, 8.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists and 1.0 blocks across 28.0 minutes per contest.

  • Lakers' Trey Jemison: Won't play Sunday

Jemison (illness) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Suns, Khobi Price of The Orange County Register reports.

After missing Friday's game against the Nuggets due to an illness, Jemison was not listed on the Lakers' initial injury report for Sunday. However, he's now a late scratch and will miss a second straight game. Jaxson Hayes (knee) is expected to play Sunday, but Jemison's absence should clear the way for either Alex Len or Christian Koloko to serve as Hayes' top backup.

  • Kai Jones C | DAL

Mavericks' Kai Jones: Won't go Sunday

Jones (quadriceps) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Philadelphia, Christian Clark of The Athletic reports.

Jones will miss his seventh consecutive contest due to a left quadriceps strain. His next chance to play will come Wednesday against Indiana. Dwight Powell and Kessler Edwards will likely shoulder the workload at center due to Jones being sidelined.
