Pistons' Jalen Duren: Top rebounder in double-double

Duren finished with 18 points (8-10 FG, 2-2 FT), 14 rebounds and one block over 30 minutes during Thursday's 129-125 loss to the Wizards.

Duren led Detroit in the paint Thursday, leading all players in rebounds while finishing as one of six Pistons with a double-digit point total in a near 20-point double-double performance. Duren has tallied at least 15 points and 10 boards in 16 outings this season.

  • Suns' Nick Richards: Questionable to play Friday

Richards (ankle) is questionable for Friday's game against the Kings.

Richards didn't play Wednesday against the Rockets due to right ankle soreness, and the same injury has him questionable for this contest. If he doesn't suit up, Mason Plumlee would see the bulk of minutes at center against Sacramento.

  • Zach Collins C | CHI

Bulls' Zach Collins: Retreating to bench Thursday

Collins is not in the Bulls' starting lineup against the Nets on Thursday.

Collins will cede his place in the starting lineup to Nikola Vucevic on Thursday. Collins started in the Bulls' last eight games, and over that span he averaged 14.9 points on 58.7 percent shooting (including 37.0 percent from three on 3.4 3PA/G), 9.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.0 steals over 28.8 minutes per contest.

  • Bulls' Nikola Vucevic: Back with first unit

Vucevic is starting Thursday's game against the Nets.

Vucevic will return to his usual starting role Thursday after coming off the bench in his first game back from a calf injury Monday, but he'll be held between 28-to-30 minutes, per his head coach. Zach Collins is moving back to the bench with Vucevic running with the starters.

  • Spurs' Charles Bassey: Remains out Friday

Bassey (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Hornets, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports.

Bassey remains out and doesn't have a clear timetable for his return. His next chance to suit up will come against the Pelicans on Saturday in the second leg of a back-to-back set.

  • Al Horford C | GS

Celtics' Al Horford: Probable for Friday

Updating a previous report, Horford (toe) is listed as probable for Friday's game against the Heat.

Hoford appears likely to play Friday while he deals with a left big toe sprain. He has started in each of his last six outings due to the absence of Kristaps Porzingis (illness), and over that span Horford has averaged 12.8 points, 8.8 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.0 blocks over 34.2 minutes per game while shooting 40.0 percent from three on 5.8 3PA/G.

  • John Collins PF | LAC

Jazz's John Collins: Not playing Friday

Collins is out for Friday's game against the Raptors due to a left ankle sprain.

Collins provided 28 points (12-30 FG, 2-11 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 10 rebounds, two assists and two steals over 34 minutes during Monday's 114-108 loss to Boston, and the veteran forward will be sidelined for this clash. It remains to be seen if he'll be avaliable for the upcoming back-to-back set against the Timberwolves and Bulls on Sunday and Monday, respectively.

  • Kai Jones C | DAL

Mavericks' Kai Jones: Iffy to play Friday

Jones (quadriceps) is listed as questionable for Friday's game against the Rockets.

Jones is in jeopardy of missing a sixth consecutive game due to a left quadriceps strain. His lone appearance with the Mavericks came March 3, when he finished with 21 points, eight rebounds and one block over 34 minutes. Kessler Edwards and Dwight Powell will see more minutes at center due to Jones' absence.

  • Nikola Jokic C | DEN

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Probable for Friday

Jokic (elbow/ankle) is listed as probable for Friday's game against the Lakers.

Jokic is dealing with a right elbow contusion and a left ankle impingement, though he is still likely to face the Lakers on Friday. The three-time MVP hasn't missed an outing since Jan. 15. Over his last five appearances, Jokic has averaged 29.2 points, 15.0 rebounds, 9.8 assists and 1.4 steals across 40.4 minutes per game. The big man has shot 56.6 percent from the field in that five-game span.

  • Kings' Domantas Sabonis: Won't play Thursday

Sabonis (hamstring) has been ruled out for Thursday's game against the Warriors, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.

Sabonis is slated to miss a sixth consecutive game due to a left hamstring strain. He was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, which indicates that he is closing in on returning to the court. His next opportunity to play arrives Friday against Phoenix.
