Joel Embiid C | PHI
76ers' Joel Embiid: Remaining sidelined
Embiid (knee) won't play in Friday's game versus the Nuggets.
Embiid will miss his 14th straight contest Friday due to a left knee injury. With Andre Drummond (toe) also out, Guerschon Yabusele should continue to start at center. Embiid's next chance to suit up is Sunday's matchup with Boston.

Kevon Looney C | NO
Warriors' Kevon Looney: Season-high 18 points in win
Looney notched 18 points (5-7 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 8-9 FT), three rebounds, two assists and four blocks across 25 minutes during Wednesday's 116-109 victory over the Thunder.
Looney was key to the Warriors' win Wednesday against the Thunder. The veteran big man didn't crash the glass like he usually does for Golden State, finishing with three rebounds. Still, he made an impact in other areas, recording season-high total points (18) and blocks (4) to help his team beat Oklahoma City.

Naz Reid C | MIN
Timberwolves' Naz Reid: Cleared to play against Utah
Reid (illness) has been cleared to play in Thursday's game against the Jazz.
Reid missed a game for the first time this season Wednesday due to an illness but will be available for Thursday's matchup against the Jazz. The talented and versatile big man is averaging a career-high 13.6 points to go along with 5.1 rebounds and 1.7 assists this season for the Timberwolves.

Isaiah Hartenstein C | OKC
Thunder's Isaiah Hartenstein: Crashes glass in loss
Hartenstein totaled four points (2-10 FG, 0-1 3Pt), 18 rebounds, six assists and one block in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 116-109 loss to the Warriors.
Hartenstein may have struggled with his shooting, going 2-for-10 from the field in Wednesday's loss against the Warriors, but he got the job done on the glass, tying his season-high 18 rebounds. The veteran big man has recorded 18 boards three times this season. He's averaging a career-high 12.4 rebounds per game in his first year with Oklahoma City.

Victor Wembanyama C | SA
Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: All-around performance in loss
Wembanyama logged 23 points (8-16 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 4-5 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists, three blocks and two steals over 35 minutes during Wednesday's 128-116 loss to the Clippers.
Wembanyama's team-high 12 rebounds helped him record his sixth straight double-double Wednesday. The 20-year-old phenom has recorded at least one block in all 39 appearances this season while tallying at least three swats in 29 outings. Wembanyama has also increased his three-point percentage from 32.5 percent as a rookie to 35.5 percent in 2024-25.

Nikola Jokic C | DEN
Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Mediocre performance in loss
Jokic ended Wednesday's 122-112 loss to New York with 17 points (6-15 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, six assists, one block and two steals over 33 minutes.
Jokic is having arguably the best season of his NBA career, but he couldn't get going the way he usually does during Wednesday's loss to the Knicks. The three-time NBA MVP finished with single-digit assists and rebounds for the first time since Dec. 28. He's currently averaging a triple-double with a career-high 29.7 points, 12.9 rebounds and 10.1 assists per game, which shows this was likely nothing more than an off night for the superstar big man who got in foul trouble early against New York.
-
Nikola Vucevic C | BOS
Bulls' Nikola Vucevic: Season-low six points in loss
Vucevic totaled six points (3-9 FG, 0-3 3Pt), 11 rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 25 minutes during Wednesday's 122-100 loss to the Celtics.
Vucevic is having a solid season for the Bulls but couldn't get it going Wednesday in the loss to the defending NBA champions. The veteran big man scored a season-low six points against Boston, going 3-for-9 from the floor and failing to hit any of his three attempts from beyond the arc. This could be a fluke shooting performance for the 34-year-old, considering he's averaging a career-high 54.6 percent from the field this season for Chicago.

Walker Kessler C | UTA
Jazz's Walker Kessler: Cleared to play Thursday
Kessler (shoulder) has been cleared to play in Thursday's game against the Timberwolves, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
After missing the last two games for the Jazz with a shoulder contusion, Kessler will return to the floor Thursday against Minnesota. The former first-round pick is having his best season yet for Utah, averaging a double-double with 11.3 points and 11.4 rebounds per game, shooting a career-high 73 percent from the floor.
-
John Collins PF | LAC
Jazz's John Collins: Set to play against Minnesota
Collins (illness) is available for Thursday's game versus the Timberwolves, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.
Collins has been upgraded from questionable to available Thursday after missing Utah's last three contests due to an illness. Collins' return to action should result in decreased playing time for Brice Sensabaugh and Micah Potter.
-
Steven Adams C | HOU
Rockets' Steven Adams: Present at shootaround
Adams (ankle) was seen at shootaround ahead of Thursday's game versus the Grizzlies, Danielle Lerner of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Adams is officially listed as questionable for Thursday's contest due to left ankle soreness. While Jock Landale would likely receive increased playing time if Adams is ruled out, the veteran big man's presence at shootaround is a good sign of his availability against Memphis.
