Steven Adams C | HOU
Rockets' Steven Adams: Present at shootaround
Adams (ankle) was seen at shootaround ahead of Thursday's game versus the Grizzlies, Danielle Lerner of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Adams is officially listed as questionable for Thursday's contest due to left ankle soreness. While Jock Landale would likely receive increased playing time if Adams is ruled out, the veteran big man's presence at shootaround is a good sign of his availability against Memphis.

Alperen Sengun C | HOU
Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Active at shootaround
Sengun (calf) participated in shootaround ahead of Thursday's game versus the Grizzles, Danielle Lerner of the Houston Chronicle reports.
Sengun is in danger of missing his first contest of the season Thursday, as he is listed as questionable due to a left calf injury. However, the 22-year-old big man's participation in shootaround is a good sign of his availability against Memphis.

Alex Sarr C | WAS
Wizards' Alex Sarr: Still out Thursday
Sarr (ankle) won't play in Thursday's game versus the Lakers.
A sprained left ankle will force Sarr out for the second straight game. In Wednesday's 106-82 loss to the Raptors, Jonas Valanciunas started at center in Sarr's stead and played 23 minutes, while Richaun Holmes served as Valanciunas' top backup and played 16 minutes. Tristan Vukcevic wasn't part of head coach Brian Keefe's rotation but served as the Wizards' center for the final 8:19 of the contest, when Washington was trailing by 24 and had essentially benched all of its key players.

Ivica Zubac C | IND
Clippers' Ivica Zubac: Pulls in season-high 22 rebounds
Zubac recorded 21 points (8-16 FG, 5-5 FT), 22 rebounds, three assists and one steal across 34 minutes during Wednesday's 128-116 victory over the Spurs.
Zubac's season-high 22 rebounds helped him record his third straight double-double. The 27-year-old big man's season average of 12.8 boards per contest ranks fourth in the NBA. Zubac also shoots above 60 percent from the field for the sixth consecutive year.

Richaun Holmes C | WAS
Wizards' Richaun Holmes: Perfect shooting night in loss
Holmes put up eight points (3-3 FG, 2-2 FT), five boards and three assists in 16 minutes off the bench in Wednesday's 106-82 loss to the Raptors.
The veteran big man set a season high in assists Wednesday, while also matching his season high in rebounds and logging his second-best scoring game of the year. Alex Sarr (ankle) and Marvin Bagley (knee) are currently listed as day-to-day, and so long as they remain out, Holmes should continue seeing some opportunity at the center position behind Jonas Valanciunas. His next chance to take the court comes Thursday against the Lakers.

Jaxson Hayes C | LAL
Lakers' Jaxson Hayes: Set to start sans Davis
Hayes said he will start center in Thursday's game versus the Wizards, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.
With Anthony Davis (abdomen) out for at least a week, Hayes will get the first opportunity to start at center in his absence. Hayes is averaging 6.0 points and 8.3 rebounds in 28.7 minutes across his previous three starting appearances this season.

Kristaps Porzingis C | GS
Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Erupts for season-high 34 in win
Porzingis provided 34 points (10-18 FG, 8-14 3Pt, 6-6 FT), 11 rebounds, three assists and three steals across 33 minutes during Wednesday's 122-100 victory over Chicago.
The double-double was only the fourth of the season for Porzingis in 23 appearances, while the 34 points were a season high for the 29-year-old center. He's been mostly healthy in January, missing one game due to a minor foot issue and another due to an illness. When Porzingis has been on the court, he's been productive, averaging 20.5 points, 7.9 boards, 3.1 threes, 2.1 assists and 1.3 blocks on the month while shooting 51.3 percent from the floor and a dazzling 50.7 percent from beyond the arc.

Myles Turner C | MIL
Pacers' Myles Turner: Drops 24 in Wednesday's win
Turner racked up 24 points (5-10 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 10-12 FT), seven rebounds, three assists and one steal across 29 minutes during Wednesday's 133-119 win over the Pistons.
The 28-year-old center continues to evolve into a true stretch big. Turner has drained multiple three-pointers in five straight games, and he's sunk at least one shot from long range in 12 straight appearances, averaging 17.3 points, 6.3 boards, 2.5 threes, 1.6 blocks, 1.4 assists and 1.0 steals over the latter stretch while shooting 41.7 percent from beyond the arc.

Jalen Duren C | DET
Pistons' Jalen Duren: Double-double in Wednesday's loss
Duren accumulated 14 points (5-8 FG, 4-4 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and one block over 31 minutes during Wednesday's 133-119 loss to the Pacers.
The double-double was his 19th of the season and sixth in his last seven games. Duren has found his 2023-24 form over the second half of January, and during that seven-game stretch, the third-year center is averaging 14.0 points, 12.4 boards, 1.7 assists, 1.6 blocks and 0.9 steals while shooting an eye-popping 71.7 percent from the floor.

Orlando Robinson C | ORL
Raptors' Orlando Robinson: Multiple season highs off bench
Robinson scored 10 points (3-8 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 4-5 FT) and grabbed six boards in 21 minutes during the 106-82 win over the Wizards on Wednesday.
The backup big man saw his biggest opportunity amidst his second 10-day contract and put together the best performance of his year. Although he struggled to score efficiently, Robinson still managed to log a season high in points and match his best rebounding performance of the year while he was at it. Despite that, with Kelly Olynyk (calf) listed as day-to-day, Robinson could struggle to even see the court once the former returns, let alone deliver meaningful fantasy performances.
