Naz Reid C | MIN
Timberwolves' Naz Reid: Scores team-high 23 points
Reid accumulated 23 points (10-19 FG, 3-10 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists and one steal over 29 minutes during Monday's 117-104 loss to the Hawks.
Despite a trip to the locker room due to an apparent ankle injury, Reid was one of very few bright spots for the Timberwolves, leading the team with 23 points. It's been an underwhelming season for Reid, as he's failed to live up to expectations after a breakout campaign during the 2023-24 season. Perhaps this performance can turn things around for Reid, something the Timberwolves would welcome with open arms.

Jarrett Allen C | CLE
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Quiet in win Monday
Allen had seven points (2-6 FG, 3-4 FT), six rebounds and two assists over 27 minutes during Monday's 124-113 victory over the Jazz.
Allen continues to put up modest production on both ends of the floor, a contrast to what he was doing to open the season. Over the past week, Allen has averaged just 7.7 points, 7.3 rebounds and 0.2 blocks. While this is not ideal, it is also not altogether surprising given the rise of Evan Mobley. Allen will almost certainly be better than this moving forward but could find himself taking a backseat to Mobley more often as the season develops.

Walker Kessler C | UTA
Jazz's Walker Kessler: Grabs 16 boards in loss
Kessler accumulated nine points (4-6 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 1-6 FT), 16 rebounds, three assists and three blocks in 38 minutes during Monday's 124-113 loss to the Cavaliers.
Kessler dominated the glass, grabbing at least 15 rebounds for the third time this season. After a disappointing sophomore season, Kessler has turned things around, averaging 10.5 points, 10.7 rebounds and 2.9 blocks in 29.4 minutes per game. Despite some conjecture as to who would be the starting center in Utah, it appears as though Kessler has firmly established himself as the man in the middle moving forward.

Wendell Carter Jr. C | ORL
Magic's Wendell Carter: Balanced outing in return to bench
Carter racked up 11 points (5-8 FG, 1-1 3Pt), seven rebounds, four assists and two blocks across 27 minutes during Monday's 108-104 win over the Celtics.
Carter returned the Magic bench due to Trevelin Queen entering the starting five, but still made a strong impact while leading all bench players in scoring, rebounds, assists and blocks in a winning effort. Carter has reached double figures in scoring in six outings this season, adding seven or more boards in every one of those contests.

Bam Adebayo PF | MIA
Heat's Bam Adebayo: Game-high 23 points vs. Nets
Adebayo totaled 23 points (8-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 7-8 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 31 minutes during Monday's 110-95 win over the Nets.
Adebayo paced the Heat on Monday with a game-high 23 points, 17 of which came in the second half to help Miami snap a three-game losing streak. The All-NBA center is averaging 16.7 points per game this season, which is his lowest since the 2019-20 campaign (15.9). Adebayo has managed to score at least 20 points in consecutive games, though he's had to take on a larger scoring role due to Jimmy Butler being sidelined with a stomach bug. Adebayo will look to keep things rolling against Orlando on Thursday.

Al Horford C | GS
Celtics' Al Horford: Nears double figures in start
Horford recorded eight points (3-10 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-2 FT), six rebounds, two assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Monday's 108-104 loss to the Magic.
Horford got the starting nod Monday with Jayson Tatum (illness) inactive, contributing both on the glass and offensively while finishing two points shy of the double-digit mark. Horford has started in 19 games this season, securing at least five points and five rebounds in 10 of those outings. Expect Horford to return to the bench when Tatum is able to return to the starting five.

Marvin Bagley III C | DAL
Wizards' Marvin Bagley: Goes to locker room Monday
Bagley went back to the locker room after he appeared to injure his left knee during the fourth quarter of Monday's game against the Thunder, Varun Shankar of The Washington Post reports.
The big man was carried back to the locker room with 6:48 remaining after getting his leg caught underneath him. In the likely event that the Bagley is unable to return, he'll finish with seven points (2-3 FG, 3-4 FT), six rebounds, one assist and one steal across 16 minutes.

Victor Wembanyama C | SA
Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Swats eight shots against Sixers
Wembanyama had 26 points (9-19 FG, 6-13 3Pt, 2-2 FT), nine rebounds, four assists and eight blocks across 36 minutes during Monday's 111-106 loss to the 76ers.
Eight blocks in a single game would be a career-defining moment for most NBA players. Not for Wembanyama, as it was his third-highest total of the season as he came into Monday's game off the heels of a 10-block performance against the Trail Blazers on Saturday. He also connected on six three-pointers for the fifth time this season. In the six games since his return from a back injury, Wembanyama has averaged 28.5 points on 48.2 percent shooting, 8.5 rebounds, 4.2 assists and 5.7 blocks over 32.8 minutes per game.

Anthony Davis C | WAS
Lakers' Anthony Davis: Active Monday
Davis (elbow) will play in Monday's game against the Pistons, Mike Trudell of Spectrum SportsNet reports.
Davis has been playing through an elbow bruise for two games but has logged at least 35 minutes in both contests. He's expected to handle a full workload once again Monday. Davis has tallied a double-double in six consecutive games.

Kyle Filipowski PF | UTA
Jazz's Kyle Filipowski: Back with parent club
The Jazz recalled Filipowski from the G League's Salt Lake City Stars ahead of Monday's game against the Cavaliers.
With John Collins (hip) questionable for Monday's contest, Filipowski will suit up and will likely be part of the rotation after a recent stint in the G League. During his latest appearance for the Stars in Sunday's 122-120 win over the Memphis Hustle, Filipowski recorded 15 points (5-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists and one block across 18 minutes.
