  • Bulls' Nikola Vucevic: Nears double-double in defeat

Vucevic recorded 13 points (4-7 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 4-4 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and four steals over 29 minutes during Sunday's 108-100 loss to the 76ers.

Vucevic took the court Sunday despite being banged up with a back injury, going on to lead all Bulls players in rebounds while finishing as one of five players with a double-digit point total in a near double-double outing. Vucevic has posted at least 10 points and eight boards in nine straight outings, and in all but four contests this season.

  • Lakers' Anthony Davis: Gets green light Sunday

Davis (foot) isn't listed on the team's injury report for Sunday's game against Portland, Jovan Buha of The Athletic reports.

Davis has been a mainstay on the injury report this season due to left foot plantar fasciitis, though he hasn't missed a game since Nov. 6. With LeBron James (foot) sidelined, Davis will serve as the clear top option for the Lakers. Over his last five outings, the big man has averaged 21.2 points, 10.2 rebounds, 5.0 assists, 1.6 blocks and 1.0 steals across 36.6 minutes per game.

  • Duop Reath C | ATL

Trail Blazers' Duop Reath: Unavailable Sunday

Reath (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lakers.

Reath is officially out after he was initially added to the team's injury report as doubtful due to back soreness. He logged 25 minutes in Portland's last matchup Friday against Utah, so it'll likely be up to Deandre Ayton and Jabari Walker to eat up extra minutes at center Sunday night.

  • Joel Embiid C | PHI

76ers' Joel Embiid: Tallies big double-double in return

Embiid (knee) produced 31 points (13-28 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists and two blocks over 33 minutes during Sunday's 108-100 victory over the Bulls.

Making his return from a seven-game absence due to left knee injury management, Embiid surprisingly wasn't operating under any restrictions. Though he came up empty from downtown, he led the 76ers in usage by a wide margin (46.9 percent to Tyrese Maxey's 25.6 percent) and feasted on a vulnerable Chicago frontcourt. Though more absences are likely in Embiid's future while he contends with the knee issue, fantasy managers should feel comfortable inserting him back in lineups now that he's back in action.

  • Warriors' Kevon Looney: Moving back to bench

Looney isn't starting Sunday's game against the Timberwolves, Anthony Slater of The Athletic reports.

Looney started his team's last three matchups at center, but the Warriors will roll out a smaller lineup Sunday evening. Draymond Green will draw the start at center in Looney's place.

  • Jazz's Kyle Filipowski: Available to play

Filipowski (lower leg) has been cleared to play Sunday against the Kings, Andy Larsen of The Salt Lake Tribune reports.

Filipowski is in line for his first NBA action since Nov. 21 after missing time with a left lower-leg injury. He's expected to come off the bench and will compete for minutes going forward with John Collins as the rookie aims to reclaim his spot in the rotation.

  • Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Returns to play

Wembanyama (back) has returned to Sunday's game against the Pelicans, independent NBA writer Matthew Tynan reports.

Wembanyama went to the locker room in the first quarter after taking a hard fall, but he's evidently been cleared to continue. Expect the Spurs to be careful with the big man the rest of the way, especially considering he missed his team's previous two games due to a back issue.

  • Zach Collins C | CHI

Spurs' Zach Collins: Won't return Sunday

Collins has been ruled out for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Pelicans with a back injury, independent NBA writer Matthew Tynan reports. He'll finish the game with two points (1-2 FG) and three rebounds across three minutes.

The big man replaced Victor Wembanyama (back) after the latter left for the locker room early in the first quarter, though Collins contested a shot and fell hard on his back just three minutes into his appearance. With Wembanyama questionable to return and Collins already ruled out, Charles Bassey is the next man up at center for San Antonio.

  • Mo Bamba C | UTA

Clippers' Mo Bamba: Ruled out Sunday

Bamba (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Rockets, Joey Linn of SI.com reports.

Bamba will miss Sunday's matchup due to left knee injury management. The big man was held out of the club's first 13 games of the season, though before Sunday he had missed only one outing since. With Bamba sidelined, Kai Jones will likely see an uptick in playing time.

  • Zach Collins C | CHI

Spurs' Zach Collins: Goes to locker room Sunday

Collins checked out of Sunday's game against the Pelicans in the first quarter after an apparent back injury following a hard fall, Paul Garcia of ProjectSpurs.com reports.

The big man entered the game for Victor Wembanyama (back) after he went back to the locker room. Shortly after, Collins contested a shot and fell hard on his back with 5:56 remaining in the first quarter. With Collins and Wembanyama both in the locker room, Jeremy Sochan, Keldon Johnson and Charles Bassey will be expected to pick up the slack.
