  • Al Horford C | GS

Celtics' Al Horford: No longer on injury report

Horford (illness) is not listed on the injury report and will be available for Friday's game against the Bulls.

Horford missed the win over the Clippers on Monday due to an illness, but the veteran big man had enough time to recover. He'll be available for Friday's contest, though it's unclear if he or Kristaps Porzingis will get the start at center.

  • Luke Kornet C | SA

Celtics' Luke Kornet: Probable for Friday

Kornet (hamstring) is probable for Friday's game against the Bulls, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports.

Kornet is dealing with right hamstring tightness, but the probable tag suggests the big man could be ready to return Friday. However, Al Horford (illness) is also expected back and Kristaps Porzingis is also available, so Kornet isn't expected to be a major factor in the rotation in the short term.

  • Hornets' Nick Richards: Will remain out Friday

Richards (ribs) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Knicks.

Richards and Mark Williams (foot) both remain out, but they appear to be nearing a return to game action after recently going through a workout with the Hornets' G League affiliate, the Greensboro Swarm. Richards' next chance to suit up will come Saturday versus the Hawks, but he can be considered doubtful for that contest. With all the injuries to Charlotte's frontcourt, Taj Gibson and Tidjane Salaun have taken on leading roles.

  • Hornets' Mark Williams: Will remain out Friday

Williams (foot) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Knicks.

Williams and Nick Richards (ribs) both remain out, but they appear to be nearing a return to game action after recently going through a workout with the Hornets' G League affiliate, the Greensboro Swarm. Williams' next chance to suit up will come Saturday versus the Hawks, but he can be considered doubtful for that contest. With all the injuries to Charlotte's frontcourt, Taj Gibson and Tidjane Salaun have taken on leading roles.

  • Thunder's Isaiah Hartenstein: Logs 14/14 double-double

Hartenstein registered 14 points (5-8 FG, 4-6 FT), 14 rebounds, three assists and two blocks in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 105-101 win over Golden State.

The hits keep coming for Hartenstein, who is holding up the frontcourt with solid totals. The center is shooting up the fantasy ranks as Chet Holmgren's (hip) replacement with three consecutive double-doubles since his return to action.

  • Jazz's Walker Kessler: Records double-double in defeat

Kessler ended with 16 points (8-10 FG, 0-2 FT), 12 rebounds, five assists, three blocks and one steal in 31 minutes during Wednesday's 122-103 loss to the Nuggets.

Kessler's result was impressive considering the opponent. Contending with Nikola Jokic for boards is no easy feat, but Kessler actually recorded more rebounds than the three-time MVP in the loss. Since his return to action after a six-game absence, Kessler has recorded two double-doubles over three games.

  • Nikola Jokic C | DEN

Nuggets' Nikola Jokic: Dominates in decisive win

Jokic racked up 30 points (13-19 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 10 rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal across 34 minutes during Wednesday's 122-103 win over Utah.

The shorthanded Jazz had no answer for Jokic, who made plays all the court. The All-Star is back to his winning ways since his three-game absence while the Jazz went 1-2 without him. Since his return, he's averaged 29.8 points, 11.8 rebounds and 8.0 assists.

  • Spurs' Victor Wembanyama: Fills stat sheet in loss to Lakers

Wembanyama chipped in 20 points (9-20 FG, 2-9 3Pt), 10 rebounds, two assists, three blocks and two steals in 33 minutes during Wednesday's 119-101 loss to the Lakers.

Wembanyama found a way to fill the stat sheet and record at least two tallies in each of the five major categories despite this 18-point defeat at home against the Lakers. The star big man is having a strong campaign in his sophomore year, averaging 25.7 points, 9.7 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.5 steals and 3.7 blocks per game since the beginning of November. He's been dealing with knee issues in recent weeks, but if he stays healthy, Wembanyama should remain an elite fantasy option across all formats.

  • Lakers' Anthony Davis: Stuffs stat sheet Wednesday

Davis posted 19 points (8-14 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-3 FT), 14 rebounds, seven assists and one steal across 35 minutes during Wednesday's 119-101 victory over the Spurs.

Davis was one of seven Lakers who scored in double digits in this comfortable win over the Spurs, but the fact that a 19-point effort qualifies as a "subpar" effort from Davis shows how dominant he's been on offense all season long. This was just the second time he hadn't reached the 20-point mark in 2024-25. Fully entrenched as the Lakers' go-to player on offense -- even ahead of LeBron James, Davis is averaging 28.6 points, 11.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.9 blocks and 1.2 steals per game since the beginning of November.

  • Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Comes close to triple-double

Sengun provided 22 points (6-11 FG, 10-12 FT), 14 rebounds, seven assists, one block and two steals in 35 minutes during Wednesday's 122-115 overtime victory over the 76ers.

Sengun finished just three assists away from recording what would've been his fourth triple-double of the season, and his second consecutive one after his 22-point, 10-rebound, 11-assist performance versus the Timberwolves on Tuesday. Sengun continues to fill the stat sheet every time he steps on the hardwood, and the star big man continues to be one of the most productive centers in fantasy, regardless of the format of your league. He's averaging 20.5 points, 10.5 rebounds, 6.3 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.4 blocks per game over his last 10 appearances.
