  • Al Horford C | GS

Celtics' Al Horford: Doubtful for Monday

Horford (illness) is doubtful for Monday's game against the Clippers.

Monday's game is the second leg of a back-to-back set, so the Celtics were likely planning on Horford to sit even before this illness. Luke Kornet (hamstring) is also considered doubtful, but Kristaps Porzingis (foot) is expected to be in the rotation for the first time this season.

  • Celtics' Kristaps Porzingis: Probable for Monday

Porzingis (foot) has been upgraded to probable for Monday's game against the Clippers.

This is a welcome surprise for Boston, as Porzingis was able to beat his initial timetable. He'll likely have some restrictions in his first game back, but no specifics have been reported yet. With Al Horford (illness) and Luke Kornet (hamstring) considered doubtful, Porzingis may step into the starting lineup right away.

  • Naz Reid C | MIN

Timberwolves' Naz Reid: Struggles in loss

Reid finished Sunday's 107-105 loss to the Celtics with five points (2-9 FG, 1-6 3Pt), five rebounds, two assists and one steal across 26 minutes.

Reid was able to play through a left knee issue that he picked up Thursday against Toronto, but that could explain why he wasn't able to find much success against Boston. He's now had two duds in a row, but he's still having a solid season overall. Through 16 games, he's averaging 13.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 2.1 three-pointers.

  • Ivica Zubac C | IND

Clippers' Ivica Zubac: Posts another double-double

Zubac supplied 16 points (8-10 FG, 0-1 FT), 12 rebounds, four assists and one block in 25 minutes during Sunday's 125-99 victory over the 76ers.

Zubac has been one of the most consistent big men in the NBA this season. The veteran has racked up three straight double-doubles and four in his last five appearances. He's averaging 13.6 points and 12.2 rebounds per game since the beginning of November.

  • Yves Missi C | NO

Pelicans' Yves Missi: Upgraded to probable

Missi (shoulder) has been upgraded to probable for Monday's game against the Pacers, Will Guillory of The Athletic reports.

Missi was originally listed as questionable, but the rookie is now expected to take the floor Monday evening. Missi is averaging 7.0 points, 6.9 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.1 blocks through the first 16 regular-season games.

  • Mavericks' Dereck Lively: Sets season high in double-double

Lively finished Sunday's 123-118 overtime loss to the Heat with 14 points (7-9 FG), 13 rebounds, four assists and two blocks in 31 minutes.

Lively helped lock down the paint in Sunday's overtime contest, leading all Dallas players in rebounds to go along with a pair of blocks in a double-double showcase. Lively set a new season high in boards, and he's now pulled down at least 10 rebounds in four contests. Lively has also recorded three double-doubles this season, his first since Nov. 3.

  • Moses Brown C | DEN

Pacers' Moses Brown: Best outing of year off bench

Brown contributed 15 points (6-8 FG, 3-5 FT), four rebounds and one block across 12 minutes during Sunday's 115-103 win over Washington.

Brown put together his best outing of the season, providing Indiana with an offensive lift off the bench Sunday while concluding as one of four Pacers with 15 or more points. Brown has appeared in just three contests so far this year, and Sunday marked his first double-digit point total and his second game with at least five points.

  • Rudy Gobert C | MIN

Timberwolves' Rudy Gobert: Double-double streak continues

Gobert chipped in 10 points (4-5 FG, 2-2 FT) and 20 rebounds in 34 minutes during Sunday's 107-105 loss to the Celtics.

Gobert set a new season best with 20 rebounds in a dominant performance on the glass, surpassing his previous season high in rebounds of 15 set on Nov. 8 against Portland. The big man has also chipped in a double-double in five straight outings, during which he has averaged 11.4 points, 12.4 rebounds and 2.3 blocks across 36.4 minutes per game. Gobert's rebounding and defensive presence have remained a strong positive for fantasy owners, though he has been limited to 6.4 shot attempts per game through 16 regular-season appearances, his lowest mark since the 2015-16 campaign.

  • Nets' Nic Claxton: Enters starting lineup

Claxton will start Sunday's game against the Kings, Evan Barnes of Newsday reports.

Claxton will get the start due to Dorian Finney-Smith (ankle) being out of the lineup. In five starts this season, Claxton has averaged 7.6 points, 8.4 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.2 blocks in 28.6 minutes per contest.

  • Alex Sarr C | WAS

Wizards' Alex Sarr: Owns paint in double-double

Sarr posted 17 points (7-15 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-4 FT), 14 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and one steal across 31 minutes during Sunday's 115-103 loss to the Pacers.

Sarr entered Sunday's contest dealing with a non-COVID illness, but ended up dominating the paint while leading all players in rebounds and concluding with team-high marks in scoring and blocks. Sarr, who has yet to miss a game this season, set a new season high in rebounds and has recorded a double-double in two outings. He has now tallied at least 15 points in three contests this year, two of which have came over the last five games.
