Lakers' Luka Doncic: Won't play Monday
Doncic (hamstring) is out for Monday's game against the Thunder, Daniel Starkand of LakersNation.com reports.
Doncic will miss a second straight game due to a left hamstring strain. Doncic will have a chance to return Tuesday against the Spurs for the second half of the back-to-back set.

Baylor Scheierman SG | BOS
Celtics' Baylor Scheierman: Double-double in loss
Scheierman produced 10 points (3-8 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), 13 rebounds and five assists over 29 minutes during Sunday's 111-89 loss to the Knicks.
Scheierman returned to the starting lineup Sunday after coming off the bench Friday and posted double figures in both points and rebounds. His 13 boards marked a career high and gave him his second career double-double, with the first coming in Wednesday's win over the Rockets. While he isn't a primary option for the Celtics, Scheierman has made the most of his opportunities as of late.

Doug McDermott SF | SAC
Kings' Doug McDermott: Questionable against Pelicans
McDermott is questionable for Monday's game against the Pelicans due to right shoulder soreness.
McDermott has been out of the rotation for the most part of late, but he could miss Monday's game due to a shoulder injury. If he is unable to go, Daeqwon Plowden figures to see an expanded role, considering De'Andre Hunter (eye), Zach LaVine (finger) and Malik Monk (illness) have already been ruled out for Monday's contest.

Derrick White SG | BOS
Celtics' Derrick White: Tallies 19 points in loss
White supplied 19 points (7-14 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four assists and one rebound across 34 minutes during Sunday's 111-89 loss to the Knicks.
White finished one point shy of his third straight 20-point outing, trailing only Jaylen Brown in scoring for the Celtics during a lopsided loss. While his efficiency can fluctuate, White's high-volume three-point shooting remains a constant, as he entered Sunday averaging 2.9 made threes per game and has now knocked down at least three triples in 28 of 51 appearances this season.

Jaylen Brown SF | BOS
Celtics' Jaylen Brown: Paces Boston in loss
Brown accumulated 26 points (11-25 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), four assists, two rebounds, one block and one steal over 33 minutes during Sunday's 111-89 loss to the Knicks.
Brown led the Celtics in scoring but came up empty from beyond the arc in a lopsided loss. With Jayson Tatum (Achilles) sidelined, Brown has impressively carried the offensive load this season, entering Sunday averaging a career-high 29.5 points and now scoring at least 20 points in 15 straight appearances.

Jose Alvarado PG | NY
Knicks' Jose Alvarado: Productive off bench in team debut
Alvarado accumulated 12 points (5-12 FG, 2-6 3Pt), two rebounds, two assists, two steals and one block over 25 minutes during Sunday's 111-89 win over the Celtics.
Alvarado made an immediate impact in his Knicks debut, reaching double figures and recording three stocks off the bench. In 41 games with the Pelicans this season, the scrappy guard averaged 7.9 points, 3.1 assists, 2.8 rebounds and 0.9 steals in 21.9 minutes per contest. While his role may fluctuate from night to night, Alvarado projects as a high-energy reserve capable of providing consistent defensive intensity for head coach Mike Brown.

Karl-Anthony Towns C | NY
Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns: Double-double in win
Towns finished with 11 points (3-9 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 5-6 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and one steal across 29 minutes during Sunday's 111-89 victory over the Celtics.
Towns returned from a one-game absence due to an eye injury and recorded a double-double, though it came with a muted scoring effort. The big man's scoring has trended down of late, as he entered Sunday averaging just 14.6 points over his previous eight contests. His work on the glass has remained steady, however, with Towns hauling in double-digit rebounds in 38 of 49 appearances this season.

Cavaliers' Jaylon Tyson: Iffy for Monday
Tyson is questionable for Monday's game against the Nuggets due to a left ankle sprain.
Tyson could miss his first game since Nov. 19 due to a left ankle sprain. If he is unable to go, Sam Merrill and Keon Ellis are candidates for increased minutes.

Dean Wade PF | CLE
Cavaliers' Dean Wade: Could return Monday
Wade (ankle) is listed as questionable for Monday's game against the Nuggets.
Wade is dealing with a left ankle sprain that prevented him from playing against the Kings on Saturday, but he has a chance to be cleared to return Monday. Jaylon Tyson will likely remain in the Cavaliers' starting lineup if Wade is unable to play.

Xavier Tillman C | CHA
Hornets' Xavier Tillman: Cleared to play Monday
Tillman (recently traded) is not listed on the injury report ahead of Monday's game against the Pistons.
Tillman is on track to make his debut with the Hornets after being acquired from the Celtics on Thursday. Tillman is unlikely to see many minutes with his new team, given that he appeared in just three games for Boston since Christmas Day.
