  • Mavericks' Brandon Williams: Tagged as questionable Thursday

Williams (lower leg) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Spurs.

Williams was unable to play in the Mavericks' 110-100 loss to the Celtics on Tuesday due to a right lower leg contusion. If he's cleared to return Thursday, Williams would be in line for more minutes off the bench after Jaden Hardy was traded to the Wizards on Wednesday, though that assumes that Dallas newcomers AJ Johnson and Malaki Branham are not cleared to play.

  • Tidjane Salaun PF | CHA

Hornets' Tidjane Salaun: Iffy for Thursday

Salaun is listed as questionable for Thursday's game against Houston due to illness.

Salaun is feeling under the weather, and he's at risk of missing Thursday's contest. Salaun has appeared in just three of the Hornets' last eight games and recently spent some time with the team's G League affiliate.

  • Mavericks' Daniel Gafford: Questionable for Thursday

Gafford is questionable for Thursday's game versus the Spurs due to a sprained right ankle.

Gafford has been dealing with nagging ankle injuries throughout the season, and there's a chance he could be forced to the sidelines yet again Thursday evening. If Gafford can't play, there will be more minutes available for Dwight Powell and Moussa Cisse.

  • Nuggets' Christian Braun: Good to go vs. New York

Braun (ankle) is available for Wednesday's game against the Knicks.

Braun returned Tuesday against the Nuggets from a 12-game absence due to a left ankle sprain and finished with six points and two assists in 26 minutes. Even with Wednesday's game being the second leg of a back-to-back set, the Nuggets feel confident enough in Braun to give the fourth-year pro the green light to play against New York.

  • Knicks' Pacome Dadiet: Back with parent club

The Knicks recalled Dadiet (ankle) from the G League's Westchester Knicks on Wednesday.

Dadiet hadn't played in either of Westchester's last two games while managing an ankle injury, but he's apparently healthy enough to rejoin the parent club ahead of its matchup with the Nuggets. The 2024 first-round pick will serve as depth at forward and is unlikely to be featured in the rotation.

  • Knicks' Mohamed Diawara: Good to go

Diawarwa (ankle) is available for Wednesday's game against Denver, Steve Popper of Newsday reports.

Diawara was labeled questionable due to an ankle injury he sustained Tuesday against Washington, but the 20-year-old forward is feeling well enough to suit up Wednesday. With Josh Hart (ankle) sidelined,, there could be a few extra minutes available for Diawara against Denver.

  • David Jones SF | SA

Spurs' David Jones Garcia: Undergoes surgery; out for season

Jones Garcia underwent ankle surgery Wednesday and will miss the remainder of the 2025-26 season, Tom Orsborn of the San Antonio Express-News reports.

Jones Garcia managed to make only 11 appearances for the Spurs in his introductory season, finishing with averages of 2.9 points and 1.6 assists per game. The 24-year-old rookie was on a one-year, two-way deal with the Spurs, so he'll be a free agent this summer.

  • Josh Hart SF | NY

    Knicks' Josh Hart: No-go Wednesday

Hart (ankle) won't play in Wednesday's game against the Nuggets,Ian Begley of SportsNet New York reports.

Hart was previously considered questionable due to a sprained left ankle, and he'll be unavailable for Thursday's game because of the issue. Hart sustained the injury during Tuesday's win over the Wizards. His next chance to play will come Friday at Detroit. In the meantime, look for Landry Shamet and Jordan Clarkson to absorb Hart's vacated minutes.

  • Dario Saric PF | DET

    Pistons' Dario Saric: Unavailable Thursday

Saric (recently traded) won't play in Thursday's game against Washington.

Saric was traded to Chicago from Sacramento and then rerouted to Detroit, and the veteran big man will be unavailable to make his first appearance with the Pistons on Thursday. His next chance to play will come Friday against New York.

  • Tre Jones PG | CHI

Bulls' Tre Jones: Questionable for Thursday

Jones (hamstring) is questionable for Thursday's game in Toronto.

While Jones was technically made available for Tuesday's loss to the Bucks, he didn't actually play, and it looks like he could return to the inactive list for Thursday's game. Jones has had some nice moments in Chicago this season, but with the additions of Collin Sexton, Jaden Ivey and Anfernee Simons, it could be tough for Jones to find meaningful minutes in the rotation when the team is at full strength.
