Kyle Anderson SF | MIN
Timberwolves' Kyle Anderson: Nears double-double in spot start
Anderson posted 17 points (7-12 FG, 3-5 FT), six rebounds, nine assists and two steals across 33 minutes during Friday's 136-132 win over Houston.
Anderson filled in with a solid line in place of Julius Randle (hand), who will likely remain out for the team's regular-season finale against the Pelicans. Anderson's participation since joining the Timberwolves has been limited, but he provides critical minutes with the second unit and can help boost the team's rebounding when Randle or Rudy Gobert sits.

Joan Beringer C | MIN
Timberwolves' Joan Beringer: Fills in at center
Beringer recorded 14 points (5-5 FG, 4-4 FT), four rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals over 26 minutes during Friday's 136-132 win over the Rockets.
With the sixth seed in the Western Conference sealed up, the Timberwolves have begun to empty the bench. Rudy Gobert (rest) was a healthy scratch for a second consecutive game, giving Beringer, a 2025 first-round pick, additional opportunities. The Florida product has appeared in 39 games with the parent club this season.

Anthony Edwards SG | MIN
Timberwolves' Anthony Edwards: Returns with 22 points
Edwards notched 22 points (7-14 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 5-6 FT), two rebounds and three assists across 27 minutes during Friday's 136-132 win over Houston.
We may have seen the last from Edwards in the regular season, as the Timberwolves are locked into the sixth seed in the Western Conference. A week off will do Edwards some good, as a lingering knee injury has forced him to miss 10 of Minnesota's last 13 contests. There will likely be no need to put Edwards on the court Sunday against the Pelicans. With Ayo Dosunmu (calf) also dealing with an injury, we could see more from Terrence Shannon in the regular-season finale.

Alperen Sengun C | HOU
Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Logs 22 points in defeat
Sengun had 22 points (10-13 FG, 2-2 FT), six rebounds, eight assists and one block across 29 minutes during Friday's 136-132 loss to the Timberwolves.
The Timberwolves bested the Rockets in rebounds by a 39-25 margin, and Sengun's lower numbers off the glass were part of the problem. The big man regressed after posting double-digit rebound totals in two consecutive games. The mini-streak was preceded by other below-average rebound totals, but Jabari Smith has helped to prop up the team's overall results. Houston's interior effectiveness could be exploited in the playoffs, so Sengun will need to be at his best in the upcoming postseason.

Kevin Durant PF | HOU
Rockets' Kevin Durant: Pours in 33 points in loss
Durant closed with 33 points (13-18 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 7-9 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists, two blocks and one steal across 39 minutes during Friday's 136-132 loss to the Timberwolves.
Durant stormed to a high point total without any help from his long-range shot. He registered zero three-pointers for only the eighth game this season, but his overall fantasy total was bolstered by sufficient rebound and assist numbers. Durant is averaging 26.8 points, 6.3 assists, 6.0 rebounds and 1.3 blocks through six contests in April.

Amen Thompson SG | HOU
Rockets' Amen Thompson: Dazzles with 41 points
Thompson amassed 41 points (17-22 FG, 0-1 3Pt, 7-7 FT), nine rebounds, seven assists and two steals across 42 minutes during Friday's 136-132 loss to the Timberwolves.
Although Thompson finished with his highest scoring total of the season, the Timberwolves snapped Houston's eight-game winning streak. Amazingly, Thompson arrived at his voluminous total without any help from bonus points beyond the arc. All of Thompson's 17 baskets came from inside the perimeter. The Rockets are locked into the No. 5 seed in the Western Conference, so it wouldn't be surprising if Thompson and other Houston regulars play fewer minutes than usual or are held out altogether for the team's regular-season finale Sunday.

Ethan Thompson SG | IND
Pacers' Ethan Thompson: Scores 15 points, stuffs stat sheet
Thompson closed with 15 points (4-10 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 6-6 FT), four rebounds, three assists and two steals over 31 minutes during Friday's 105-94 loss to the 76ers.
Thompson went from being a two-way player to a regular starter down the stretch, but the uptick in role is tied to the Pacers playing without their regulars due to rest or minor injuries. Still, Thompson has taken advantage of the opportunity, and this was the third straight game in which he reached the 15-point threshold. With 15 or more points in four of his last six games, look for Thompson to have a sizable workload in the regular-season finale against the Pistons on Sunday, which should boost his fantasy appeal across all formats.
-
Quenton Jackson SG | IND
Pacers' Quenton Jackson: Scores 16 points Friday
Jackson logged 16 points (6-15 FG, 2-8 3Pt, 2-3 FT), four rebounds, six assists and one steal over 27 minutes during Friday's 105-94 loss to the 76ers.
Jackson didn't have his best shooting performance, as he needed 15 shots to score 16 points and also drained just 25 percent of his three-pointers, but he still delivered a decent stat line from a fantasy perspective. Jackson has embraced a bigger role in the Pacers' last few games since most of the regulars are being rested or sidelined with minor injuries. He's scored at least 15 points in three of his last five appearances while scoring in double digits in five of seven outings since moving to a starting role back in March 29.
-
Micah Potter PF | IND
Pacers' Micah Potter: Posts double-double in loss
Potter produced 13 points (5-10 FG, 3-6 3Pt), 10 rebounds, one block and one steal in 24 minutes during Friday's 105-94 loss to Philadelphia.
Potter has been limited to just six starts this season, but the former Wisconsin standout is ending the season on a strong note regardless of his role. Potter has three double-doubles over his last four appearances, and he's scored in double digits in six of his last eight contests. Over that eight-game stretch, he's averaging 13.6 points and 7.1 rebounds per game. He's a player to keep close tabs on, because he's likely to have a sizable role in Sunday's season-finale against the Pistons.

Kelly Oubre Jr. SF | PHI
76ers' Kelly Oubre: Productive at both ends Friday
Oubre ended Friday's 105-94 win over the Pacers with 15 points (7-16 FG, 1-4 3Pt), seven rebounds, one assist, one block and four steals across 32 minutes.
Oubre has started in each of the 76ers' last four games, and he's hit the 15-point threshold in the last two. The veteran has moved between the starting lineup and the bench all season long, and there's no doubt that his fantasy upside takes a bump if he's part of the first unit. He has scored at least 15 points in 26 different games this season, and all but one of those instances came in starts. Look for Oubre to have a sizable role in the rotation for the 76ers in the upcoming playoffs, possibly taking over the starting small forward role at the expense of Dominick Barlow.
