He's been seeing limited playing time of late and hasn't logged more than 23 minutes since March 7.

Hepburn (knee) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Grizzlies.
Hepburn underwent surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee Jan. 8 and was spotted without crutches in late February. However, the Raptors have to yet to offer an update on his progress, so he can be considered week-to-week for the time being.
