    Payton (knee) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against the Spurs.

    Payton will miss the front end of the Warriors' back-to-back set due to right knee injury management, but he should be available for Thursday's contest against the Cavaliers. Will Richard, Seth Curry and Nate Williams are all candidates to see a bump in minutes in Payton's absence.

    Gordon will shed his probable tag due to left calf tightness and return to action following a one-game absence. Over nine appearances in March, the veteran forward averaged 14.0 points, 5.3 rebounds and 2.4 assists in 26.6 minutes per game. It's unclear how many minutes he'll be limited to Wednesday, though it's worth noting he logged 31 minutes in Friday's win over the Jazz.

    Brown will start Wednesday's game against the Bulls, per Tony East of Forbes.com.

    Brown will join the first unit Wednesday after a stellar performance off the bench in Sunday's win over the Heat, when he racked up 18 points, four rebounds and five assists across 33 minutes. With the Pacers regularly shuffling their rotation down the stretch to evaluate their young talent, Brown will get another opportunity to showcase his skill set from the opening tip.

    Grizzlies' Jahmai Mashack: Retreating to bench Wednesday

    Mashack is not in the Grizzlies' starting lineup against the Knicks on Wednesday.

    The rookie second-rounder made his fifth start of the season against the Suns on Monday, when he played 37 minutes and finished with 14 points, three rebounds, two assists, two steals and one three-pointer in a 131-105 loss. He'll revert to a bench role for Wednesday's contest while Memphis rolls with a starting five of Cedric Coward, Javon Small, GG Jackson, Olivier-Maxence Prosper and Cam Spencer.

    Huff will start in Wednesday's game against Chicago, Tony East of Forbes.com reports.

    Huff started in three consecutive contests before heading to the bench for Sunday's 135-118 win over the Miami Heat. However, Pascal Siakam will move back to the four spot Wednesday, allowing Huff to re-enter the starting lineup. In 44 starts this season, the 28-year-old has averaged 10.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 1.6 assists, 2.0 blocks and 0.6 steals while shooting 49.2 percent from the field and 33.3 percent from deep across 23.5 minutes.

    Pacers' Jalen Slawson: Won't start Wednesday

    Slawson won't start Wednesday's game against the Bulls, Tony East of Forbes.com reports.

    Slawson got the starting nod in Sunday's win over Miami but will slide to the second unit in favor of Kobe Brown on Wednesday. Slawson has averaged 4.5 points, 3.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.5 steals in 17.3 minutes per contest over four appearances off the bench this season.

    After shifting to the bench for Tuesday's win over the Mavericks upon Kyle Kuzma's (Achilles) return, Dieng will immediately rejoin the first unit for the second leg of Milwaukee's back-to-back set. The 22-year-old forward remained highly productive despite his brief reserve role Tuesday, posting an 11-point, 10-rebound double-double across 29 minutes. With Kuzma officially sidelined again, Dieng is primed for a heavy workload.

    Nance started three consecutive games before moving to a bench role for Tuesday's game against the Mavericks. He played well in that contest, logging 11 points, six rebounds, three assists, two blocks, one steal and two three-pointers across 16 minutes in a 123-99 victory. Nance will join Ousmane Dieng, AJ Green, Jericho Sims and Gary Trent in the Bucks' starting five for Wednesday's road tilt.
