  • Norman Powell SG | MIA

Heat's Norman Powell: Good to go Tuesday

Powell (illness) is good to go for Tuesday's game against the Raptors.

After going through practice Monday, Powell has the green light to return from a four-game absence. Tyler Herro (personal) is also good to go for Miami. Powell may have his minutes monitored in his first game back.

  • Tyler Herro PG | MIA

Heat's Tyler Herro: Available to play

Herro (personal) is available to play Tuesday against Toronto.

No surprise here as Herro shakes off a probable tag. With Herro set to return from a one-game absence, and Norman Powell (illness) healthy again, the Heat will be close to full strength Tuesday.

  • Nikola Jovic PF | MIA

Heat's Nikola Jovic: Out for road trip

Jovic (ankle) will miss the next three games for Miami, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports Tuesday.

Jovic is not traveling with the Heat on their current road trip. A return against the Hawks on Sunday for the final regular-season game could be on the table depending on how he progresses.

  • Adem Bona PF | PHI

76ers' Adem Bona: Left out of rotation Monday

Bona (coach's decision) went unused off the bench Monday in the 76ers' 115-102 loss to the Spurs.

For the first time since Jan. 9, Bona was left out of the Philadelphia rotation, with head coach Nick Nurse turning to Andre Drummond to handle the backup minutes at center behind starter Joel Embiid. The 76ers won't necessarily prioritize Drummond over Bona moving forward, but neither player will be in line for extensive playing time whenever Embiid is available. Philadelphia will head into its final back-to-back set of the season Thursday and Friday versus the Rockets and Pacers, respectively, so with Embiid likely to rest for one of those games, Bona should resurface in the rotation in short order.

  • Grizzlies' Walter Clayton: Nabs first career double-double

Clayton registered 10 points (4-10 FG, 2-5 3Pt), one rebound and 11 assists across 25 minutes off the bench during Monday's 142-126 loss to Cleveland.

The rookie guard recorded his first career double-double as he continues to handle a significant role in the Grizzlies' backcourt rotation. Clayton has played more than 20 minutes in his last 10 games (two starts), averaging 10.6 points, 5.0 assists, 2.3 boards, 1.9 threes and 1.0 combined steals and blocks over 25.4 minutes a contest.

  • Grizzlies' Dariq Whitehead: Strikes for 20 in Monday's loss

Whitehead totaled 20 points (7-15 FG, 6-12 3Pt), three rebounds and one assist over 31 minutes during Monday's 142-126 loss to the Cavaliers.

The third-year forward tied his career high in made three-pointers en route to a record-setting night for the Grizzlies, who tied the NBA record for most threes in a game with 29. Whitehead has been thrust into a significant role while on a 10-day contract, averaging 30.7 minutes in his first three games for Memphis and going 10-for-29 (34.5 percent) from beyond the arc.

  • Grizzlies' Lucas Williamson: Sinks five threes in Monday's start

Williamson fouled out of Monday's 142-126 loss to the Cavaliers after recording 17 points (5-15 FG, 5-12 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, four assists and three steals across 40 minutes.

Making his first career start, the rookie guard was a big part of a record-setting night for the Grizzlies, as they tied the NBA record for most three-pointers in a game with 29. Williamson is seeing a heavy workload on a 10-day contract, and over the last three games, he's averaging 32.0 minutes, 9.0 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 2.3 threes, and 1.3 steals despite shooting just 28.6 percent from the floor.

  • Knicks' Mohamed Diawara: Falls out of rotation

Diawara (coach's decision) went unused off the bench Monday in the Knicks' 108-105 win over the Hawks.

Prior to Monday, Diawara had received playing time in all but one of the Knicks' first 23 games coming out of the All-Star break, averaging 5.2 points, 1.6 rebounds, 1.0 assists and 1.0 three-pointers in 12.4 minutes per contest. However, following the recent returns of Landry Shamet and Miles McBride from long-term absences, the Knicks are now back to full strength and no longer appear to have room in the rotation for the rookie second-round draft pick. Diawara could get extended run at some point over the final three games of the regular season if the Knicks' playoff positioning is locked in and multiple key players end up getting rested, but the 20-year-old forward's appearances will likely be limited to garbage-time scenarios once the postseason gets underway.

  • Knicks' Jose Alvarado: Removed from rotation

Alvarado (coach's decision) went unused off the bench Monday in the Knicks' 108-105 win over the Hawks.

Head coach Mike Brown trimmed his rotation Monday, using nine players, with eight of them playing at least 19 minutes. Alvarado ended up losing hold of his spot on the second unit, with Brown leaning on Miles McBride and Landry Shamet as the team's reserve guards. Before being removed from the rotation, Alvarado had appeared in each of the Knicks' previous 26 games following his acquisition from the Pelicans at the trade deadline, averaging 6.1 points, 3.7 assists, 1.8 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.0 three-pointers in 16.2 minutes.

  • Grizzlies' Olivier-Maxence Prosper: Strikes for team-high 24 in loss

Prosper registered a team-high 24 points (10-12 FG, 4-5 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds and one steal over 19 minutes during Monday's 142-126 loss to Cleveland.

The third-year big has become a fairly reliable source of offense in an injury-ravaged Memphis frontcourt. Prosper has scored in double digits in 11 of his last 12 games, averaging 16.3 points, 4.0 boards, 1.9 threes, 1.3 steals and 0.9 assists in 23.3 minutes while shooting 59.0 percent from the floor and 43.4 percent from downtown.
