  • Josh Giddey PG | CHI

Bulls' Josh Giddey: Sees 21 minutes in return

Giddey registered five points (1-7 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), four rebounds, five assists, one block and two steals across 21 minutes during Thursday's 110-101 loss to Toronto.

Giddey returned to action after missing Chicago's previous eight matchups while nursing a hamstring injury. He saw a modest workload, which is to be expected, and it's fair to expect the Bulls to proceed with caution moving forward. Plus, the Bulls begin a back-to-back set Saturday against Detroit.

  • Malik Monk SG | SAC

Kings' Malik Monk: Plays well in return

Monk recorded 14 points (5-8 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 1-3 FT) and two assists across 20 minutes during Thursday's 131-94 loss to Orlando.

With Zach LaVine (hand) and Domantas Sabonis (knee) out for the season, Monk is a candidate to see increased usage down the stretch. An illness sidelined Monk for the Kings' final three games before the All-Star break, but he saw a modest workload Thursday with the team getting blown out by Orlando.

  • Kings' Russell Westbrook: Quiet in loss

Westbrook produced five points (2-8 FG, 1-6 3Pt), one assist and one steal across 17 minutes during Thursday's 131-94 loss to the Magic.

Westbrook missed the Kings' final game before the All-Star break due to left ankle soreness, and despite reprising his role in the starting lineup, the veteran saw a reduced workload as his team was blown away early. With the Kings not playing for much down the stretch, it will be interesting to see if Westbrook's role is impacted.

  • Isaiah Livers SF | PHO

Suns' Isaiah Livers: Plays 10 minutes in loss

Livers registered zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt), one rebound and one assist over 10 minutes during Thursday's 121-94 loss to the Spurs.

Livers missed the Suns' final three games before the All-Star break with a shoulder issue, but he's back at 100 percent for the Suns. Even with Dillon Brooks suspended for this contest, Livers wasn't able to find much breathing room at forward.

  • Nicolas Batum PF | LAC

Clippers' Nicolas Batum: Plays 18 minutes in win

Batum produced six points (2-3 FG, 2-3 3Pt) and two rebounds in 18 minutes during Thursday's 115-114 win over the Nuggets.

Batum was rested for the final game before the All-Star break, but he was back in his usual role Thursday. The veteran is unlikely to see enough minutes or usage to make an impact outside of very deep formats moving forward.

  • Will Richard PG | GS

Warriors' Will Richard: Notches 17 points in loss

Richard racked up 17 points (6-11 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal across 24 minutes during Thursday's 121-110 loss to the Celtics.

Richard missed the final game before the All-Star break with a knee issue, but he responded with one of his best performances of the season Thursday. With Stephen Curry hobbled by a knee issue, there are more minutes up for grabs in the backcourt, and Richard made a strong case to absorb some of them Thursday.

  • Spencer Jones SF | DEN

Nuggets' Spencer Jones: Sees 16 minutes in loss

Jones totaled two points (1-3 FG, 0-2 3Pt), two rebounds, one assist and one block across 16 minutes during Thursday's 115-114 loss to the Clippers.

Jones missed the Nuggets' last three games before the All-Star break while working his way through the league's concussion protocol, and he saw a modest workload Thursday. Meanwhile, both Julian Strawther and Bruce Brown played featured roles on the wings and had far more success.

  • Nets' Michael Porter: Plays just 21 minutes in loss

Porter (knee) finished with 14 points (5-13 FG, 1-6 3Pt, 3-3 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one block in 21 minutes during Thursday's 112-84 loss to the Cavaliers.

The Cavaliers quickly turned Thursday's game into a runaway, resulting in low workloads for most of the key players on both sides. Porter missed the final two games before the All-Star break due to right knee tendinitis, so he may have been eased back into action with a modest workload even if the Nets had kept the contest more competitive.

  • Danny Wolf PF | BKN

Nets' Danny Wolf: Shows versatility in loss

Wolf amassed 11 points (4-12 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 1-4 FT), six rebounds, seven assists, two blocks and one steal across 28 minutes during Thursday's 112-84 loss to Cleveland.

Wolf posted an impressive box score during the defeat, showcasing his diverse skill set. As long as Nic Claxton (ankle) remains sidelined, Wolf has a clear path to increased usage. Day'Ron Sharpe started Thursday's game at center, but he played only 20 minutes and finished with four points (1-5 FG), five rebounds and three assists.

  • Rockets' Alperen Sengun: Struggles from field

Sengun accumulated 13 points (6-16 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-2 FT), two rebounds, seven assists, one block and three steals over 32 minutes during Thursday's 105-101 victory over the Hornets.

Sengun had a relatively quiet night offensively, but he made up for it on the other end -- this was his eighth game of the campaign with at least three steals. Through 47 games, Sengun is on pace to post fifth-round value in nine-category formats on a per-game basis with 20.5 points, 9.2 rebounds, 6.3 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.0 blocks.
