  • Gui Santos SF | GS

Warriors' Gui Santos: Scores 20 points in loss

Santos notched 20 points (7-12 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 4-4 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists and two steals in 32 minutes during Sunday's 110-107 loss to the Knicks.

Santos came close to matching his season-best scoring mark of 22 points, established March 7 in a loss to the Thunder, and the Brazilian forward continues to leave his mark in an expanded role for the shorthanded Warriors. He has scored in double digits in all but one of his 12 games since the All-Star break, averaging 15.8 points, 6.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists in 33.3 minutes per game. Santos is certainly making the most of his opportunity, but he could return to a bench role when the Warriors get healthier.

  • Warriors' Brandin Podziemski: Scores 25 points once again

Podziemski chipped in 25 points (8-15 FG, 2-7 3Pt, 7-9 FT), five rebounds, six assists and two steals across 37 minutes during Sunday's 110-107 loss to the Knicks.

Podziemski was coming off a 25-point effort in Friday's loss to the Timberwolves, and he continues to put up excellent numbers since moving into a starting role. He has started the Warriors' last nine games dating back to Feb. 25, and he's averaging a robust line of 18.4 points, 6.9 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game over that stretch while shooting 38.5 percent from beyond the arc. As long as Stephen Curry (knee) remains sidelined, Podziemski should maintain elevated usage.

  • Warriors' Quinten Post: Scores career-high 22 points

Post had 22 points (9-16 FG, 4-10 3Pt), three rebounds, three assists and three blocks over 35 minutes during Sunday's 110-107 loss to the Knicks.

With the Warriors extremely shorthanded, Post returned to the starting lineup Sunday after coming off the bench in Friday's loss to the Timberwolves. Even though he had the assignment of dealing with Karl-Anthony Towns, who posted a 17-point, 12-rebound double-double, Post still had a strong scoring line and delivered a new career-high mark in points while hitting the 20-point threshold for the first time this season. Post has scored in double digits in his last five starts. He could be a player worth keeping close tabs on, although his playing time will be tied to the availability of Draymond Green (back), Kristaps Porzingis (illness) and Al Horford (calf).

  • Killian Hayes PG | SAC

Kings' Killian Hayes: Drops season-high 16 Sunday

Hayes chipped in 16 points (5-9 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 2-2 FT), five rebounds, eight assists and two blocks in 38 minutes during Sunday's 116-111 win over Utah.

The 16 points were a season high for Hayes, who didn't make his season debut in the NBA until after the All-Star break. The 24-year-old guard has started two of the last three games in an injury-depleted Kings backcourt, scoring in double digits each time, but his minutes are contingent on the health of players like Russell Westbrook (foot) and Malik Monk (ankle).

  • Knicks' Mikal Bridges: Can't shake off shooting woes

Bridges had seven points (3-10 FG, 1-6 3Pt), three rebounds, two assists, two blocks and one steal across 21 minutes during Sunday's 110-107 victory over the Warriors.

Bridges' shooting woes are becoming worrisome, as this was the sixth straight game in which the veteran forward failed to reach the 15-point mark, as well as the fifth time over that stretch in which he scored in single digits. Bridges is averaging just 6.5 points per contest while shooting a woeful 32.0 percent from the floor and 20.8 percent from three during this recent slump.

  • Kings' Precious Achiuwa: Double-double in Sunday's win

Achiuwa contributed 20 points (10-15 FG, 0-2 3Pt), 11 rebounds, one assist, one block and two steals over 33 minutes during Sunday's 116-111 victory over the Jazz.

It was the second straight double-double and the ninth of the season for Achiuwa. The 26-year-old forward has been impressively productive for the Kings since the All-Star break, collecting six double-doubles in the last 13 games while averaging 16.8 points, 9.6 boards, 1.8 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.2 blocks in 32.1 minutes while shooting 59.8 percent from the floor.

  • Jazz's Andersson Garcia: Pulls down 11 boards in start

Garcia recorded three points (1-7 FG, 1-6 3Pt), 11 rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals in 43 minutes during Sunday's 116-111 loss to the Kings.

Making his first career NBA start in just his third game, Garcia made an impact on the glass as he led the Jazz in rebounding. The undrafted 25-year-old rookie has been pressed into duty due to a rash of injuries in the Utah frontcourt, but his role could shrink quickly once Ace Bailey (concussion) or Lauri Markkanen (hip) are cleared to return.

  • Jazz's Brice Sensabaugh: Hits for 22 in Sacramento

Sensabaugh contributed 22 points (9-17 FG, 3-9 3Pt, 1-2 FT), three rebounds and one steal in 23 minutes during Sunday's 116-111 loss to the Kings.

The third-year wing has started four straight games and scored more than 20 points in all of them, averaging 25.8 points, 4.3 threes, 3.3 boards, 2.3 assists, 1.0 steals and 0.8 blocks during that stretch in just 27.8 minutes a contest. Sensabaugh figures to continue handling a bigger role as long as Lauri Markkanen (hip), Ace Bailey (concussion) and other key members of the Jazz rotation remain sidelined.

  • Knicks' Karl-Anthony Towns: Posts double-double

Towns provided 17 points (7-12 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 3-4 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 31 minutes during Sunday's 110-107 victory over Golden State.

Towns returned to his regular starting role after a one-game absence Friday against Indiana due to bilateral knee soreness. He didn't miss a beat and delivered another strong performance. This was Towns' seventh double-double in eight appearances this month, averaging 20.6 points, 12.9 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game while shooting an impressive 61.9 percent from the floor.

  • Cody Williams SF | UTA

Jazz's Cody Williams: Erupts for career-high 34 in loss

Williams totaled 34 points (12-20 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 7-8 FT), seven rebounds, seven assists, one block and one steal in 38 minutes during Sunday's 116-111 loss to the Kings.

The second-year wing led the Utah offense on the night and shattered his previous career scoring high of 19, set Friday in Portland. Williams has taken on a much larger role for the injury-ravaged Jazz in March, playing at least 36 minutes in six straight games while averaging 16.8 points, 5.5 boards, 5.2 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.0 threes and shooting 51.4 percent from the floor.
