Tobias Harris PF | DET
Pistons' Tobias Harris: Emphatic performance Sunday
Harris provided 30 points (11-18 FG, 5-7 3Pt, 3-3 FT), nine rebounds, two assists, one block and three steals across 36 minutes during Sunday's 116-94 victory over the Magic in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Harris continued on his merry way Sunday, playing arguably his best basketball of the past few years. He has now scored at least 20 points in five straight games while also contributing across multiple categories. The Pistons will now face the Cavaliers in the second round of the playoffs, with Game 1 slated for Tuesday in Detroit. On paper, Cleveland poses a much bigger threat to the Pistons, meaning Harris will need to remain a focal point moving forward.

Wendell Carter Jr. C | ORL
Magic's Wendell Carter: Commendable effort in loss
Carter contributed 13 points (3-7 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 6-8 FT), five rebounds, two assists and one block over 38 minutes during Sunday's 116-94 loss to Detroit in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Carter logged a season-high 38 minutes, bringing the curtain down on what was a relatively successful season, at least from a personal standpoint. After establishing himself as the starting center on Opening Night, Carter held onto the position for the duration of the season. He finished the regular season with averages of 11.8 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.8 steals, 0.6 blocks and 0.9 three-pointers in 78 outings. Although his lack of defensive contributions remains an issue, he did average 1.3 blocks per game over the final 15 games of the season, including the playoffs.

Desmond Bane SG | ORL
Magic's Desmond Bane: Modest end to season
Bane posted 16 points (5-10 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 3-5 FT), three rebounds, three assists, one block and two steals across 38 minutes during Sunday's 116-94 loss to the Pistons in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Bane scored no more than 18 points for the third straight game, all of which were losses. After leading the series 3-1, Orlando simply ran out of legs, bringing to an end what will likely be viewed as an underwhelming campaign for a team that came into the season with lofty expectations. As for Bane, his first season in Orlando was right on par with his career numbers. He finished the regular season with averages of 20.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, 4.1 assists, 1.0 steals and 2.0 three-pointers in 82 games.

Scottie Barnes PF | TOR
Raptors' Scottie Barnes: Paces Toronto in season-ending loss
Barnes posted 24 points (8-14 FG, 1-1 3Pt, 7-7 FT), nine rebounds, six assists and one block across 37 minutes in Sunday's 114-102 Game 7 loss to the Cavaliers in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Barnes turned in an efficient performance en route to a game-high 24 points, albeit in a season-ending loss. He also led the team in rebounds and knocked down a triple after shooting 0-for-7 from beyond the arc over the previous three games. The star forward appeared in a career-high 80 regular-season games in the 2025-26 campaign, averaging 18.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 2.9 combined steals-plus-blocks in 33.5 minutes per contest.

Jalen Suggs SG | ORL
Magic's Jalen Suggs: Closes with six stocks
Suggs closed Sunday's 116-94 loss to Detroit in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs with six points (2-9 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, four assists, two blocks and four steals over 36 minutes.
Suggs got to work on the defensive end, tallying six combined steals-plus-blocks. However, it was a different story on the offensive end, where he scored just six points, finishing in single digits for the third time in the past four games. Sunday's Game 7 loss brings to an end what was a disappointing season for the Magic, due in large part to the fact that injuries were a constant issue. Suggs continues to be one of the best defensive guards in the league, although he certainly wasn't immune to injuries, missing a total of 25 regular-season games.

Max Strus SG | CLE
Cavaliers' Max Strus: Not starting Game 7
Strus won't start Sunday's Game 7 of the Eastern Conference first-round series against the Raptors.
After starting the last two games, Strus will slide to the second unit in favor of Dean Wade in Sunday's do-or-die matchup. Over four appearances off the bench in the series, Strus has averaged 11.5 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists in 24.5 minutes per showing.
-
Dean Wade PF | CLE
Cavaliers' Dean Wade: Back in starting lineup
Wade will start Sunday's Game 7 of the Eastern Conference first-round series against the Raptors.
After coming off the bench in each of the last two games, Wade will get the starting nod over Max Strus in Sunday's do-or-die matchup. Over four starts in the series, Wade has averaged 5.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 25.0 minutes per contest.

Cade Cunningham SG | DET
Pistons' Cade Cunningham: Leads Detroit to next round
Cunningham finished with 32 points (10-18 FG, 4-6 3Pt, 8-10 FT), one rebound, 12 assists and two blocks across 39 minutes in Sunday's 116-94 win over Orlando in Game 7 of the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Cunningham stuffed the stat sheet in the first six games of this series and certainly carried that momentum into Game 7 by leading the Pistons in scoring and handing out a team-high 12 assists as well. With the win, Detroit advances to the Eastern Conference Semifinals to meet Toronto or Cleveland.

Paolo Banchero PF | ORL
Magic's Paolo Banchero: Erupts for 38 points in Game 7 loss
Banchero supplied 38 points (14-25 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 6-8 FT), nine rebounds, six assists and one block across 42 minutes in Sunday's 116-94 Game 7 loss to the Pistons in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs.
Banchero got off to a hot start in this one, scoring 23 of his game-high 38 points in the first half. He was also extremely efficient from beyond the arc after shooting an abysmal 0-for-9 from deep in Friday's Game 6 loss. The star forward added team-high marks in rebounds and assists, carrying an Orlando squad that struggled on the offensive end. Following an injury-plagued 2024-25 campaign, Banchero appeared in 72 regular-season games this season, during which he averaged 22.2 points, 8.4 rebounds, 5.2 assists and 1.3 combined steals-plus-blocks in 34.8 minutes per contest. He shot a career-high 45.9 percent from the field but took a step back from beyond the arc, knocking down 30.5 percent of his three-point attempts.

Carter Bryant SF | SA
Spurs' Carter Bryant: Iffy for Monday
Bryant (foot) is listed as questionable for Monday's Game 1 of the Western Conference Semifinals against the Timberwolves.
Bryant is dealing with a sprained right foot and could miss Monday's contest. If the rookie first-rounder is ruled out, Keldon Johnson could see a slight uptick in playing time.
