  • Norman Powell SG | MIA

Heat's Norman Powell: Remaining out Sunday

Powell (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Pistons.

Powell continues to work through a right groin strain that has prevented him from playing since he sustained the injury against the 76ers on Feb. 26. His next chance to play is Tuesday against the Wizards, though Powell can be considered doubtful for that contest considering the Heat have yet to provide an update for the veteran wing. Pelle Larsson should remain in an elevated role for as long as Powell is sidelined.

  • Heat's Simone Fontecchio: Won't play Sunday

Fontecchio (groin) will not play Sunday against Detroit.

Fontecchio will be sidelined for a third straight game Sunday and remains without a timetable to return. The Heat will likely continue to lean more on Kel'el Ware and Pelle Larsson in the meantime.

  • Anthony Black PG | ORL

Magic's Anthony Black: Goes to locker room

Black exited to the locker room during the first quarter of Saturday's game against the Timberwolves due to a back injury, Philip Rossman-Reich of OrlandoMagicDaily.com reports.

Black appeared to tweak his back while going for a steal and was replaced by Tristan da Silva at the 9:59 mark in the first quarter. While Black is in the locker room being evaluated by medical staff, da Silva, Jett Howard and Jevon Carter are all candidates to see more minutes off the bench.

  • Chet Holmgren PF | OKC

Thunder's Chet Holmgren: Late scratch Saturday

Holmgren has an illness and will not suit up Saturday against the Warriors.

Holmgren is battling the flu and is a late scratch for this contest. With Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) out, the Thunder will need Jaylin Williams to soak up a hefty workload Saturday, making him a solid streaming option in fantasy.

  • Brandon Ingram SF | TOR

Raptors' Brandon Ingram: Dealing with illness

Ingram (illness) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Mavericks.

Ingram is day-to-day based on this questionable tag. If Toronto's star forward is unable to push through this illness, the team may need guys like Ja'Kobe Walter and Gradey Dick to step into larger roles.

  • Raptors' Collin Murray-Boyles: Not playing Sunday

Murray-Boyles (thumb) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Dallas.

Murray-Boyles' absence will extend to four game while he recovers from a left thumb sprain, and his next chance to play is in Tuesday's road contest against the Rockets. Sandro Mamukelashvili will continue to serve as the Raptors' main big man off the bench behind starter Jakob Poeltl for as long as Murray-Boyles is sidelined, though Jonathan Mogbo has also seen some limited minutes in the rotation as of late.

  • Warriors' De'Anthony Melton: Ruled out Saturday

Melton (knee) will not play Saturday against the Thunder.

Melton was unable to shake his questionable tag for this contest. The Warriors also have a back-to-back set coming up on Monday and Tuesday, and the best-case scenario for Melton's fantasy managers is that he will be cleared for one of those games.

  • Seth Curry SG | GS

Warriors' Seth Curry: Not playing Sunday

Curry (back) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Thunder.

Curry will have to wait at least one more game before returning to action as he continues to rehab from irritation of his left sciatic nerve in his back. His next chance to play is Monday against the Jazz.

  • Darius Garland PG | LAC

Clippers' Darius Garland: Fades injury report

Garland (toe) is off the injury report and will be available for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies.

Garland was held out of Friday's loss to the Spurs due to left toe injury management but will suit up for the second leg of the Clippers' back-to-back set Saturday. He has appeared in two games for the Clippers since being acquired from the Cavaliers in early February and came off the bench in each of those two contests.

  • Magic's Jase Richardson: Dealing with back spasms

Richardson has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Timberwolves due to lower-back spasms.

Richardson will miss the front end of the Magic's back-to-back set and look to return for Sunday's road tilt against the Bucks. The rookie first-rounder has seen inconsistent playing time this season and has averaged just 7.2 minutes per game in five outings since the All-Star break.
