Thomas was signed to the Bengals' active roster Monday.
Thomas signed with the Bengals' practice squad on Oct. 5. He last saw NFL action in 2020 with the Texans, but he ended the season on injured reserve with a pectoral injury. With Brandon Wilson (knee) now on IR and out for the season, Thomas will provide depth to the Bengals' secondary.
