Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer took the Vikings by surprise with his three-touchdown game in Week 3. This week, he has the Bengals on the schedule, and they likely won't sleep on a suddenly potent-seeming Browns passing offense.
The Bengals have held their own against opposing passers this season, allowing just 15.3 Fantasy points per game. And that success came against a trio of quarterbacks with six Pro Bowl appearances between them, a resume Hoyer can hardly touch with his two career starts.
Still, the Browns showed a willingness to stretch the field and throw the ball with Hoyer under center. His three interceptions were a good indication of how far Hoyer is from being a strong Fantasy option, but that doesn't mean he is without his uses.
Fantasy owners in two-QB leagues can certainly look Hoyer's way as a No. 2 option in Week 4.
