The Browns signed Estime to the 53-man roster Tuesday.
Estime signed to the Vikings practice squad in late September before signing with Cleveland. The 23-year-old will act as Jaleel McLaughlin is the only other healthy running back on the Browns' roster. Dylan Sampson (knee) remains on injured reserve, and Quinshon Judkins (foot) and Raheim Sanders (hip) are both dealing with injuries after Sunday's 17-12 loss to the Jets.
